Anytime Fitness

Taking into consideration what's available in the Nobeoka area, this is a pretty good gym. It has free weights (a.k.a. squat racks, dumbbell area) which can be hard to find out in the countryside. The staff are friendly and the equipment is mostly up-to-date. It also has a decent sized parking lot, so you usually only have to worry about parking during peak hours on busy days.

My biggest complaint would be the number of squat racks (currently only 3 racks). When it does get busy the racks can stay pretty busy and some days I just give up using the rack for that session. The monthly membership is kinda pricey, but the equipment, size, and parking lot make it worth it.

As you would expect of an American chain, if you want a gym similar to what you can find in America, then this is the place to go.

365日24H、色々な店舗が利用出来るのは大変有難い。
こちらの店舗、最近オープンしたこともあり綺麗で広い。私的には、フリーウェイトに力を入れてる店舗かなっと？

従業員もとても接しやすく、設備も延岡では1番いいと思います。潰れた時なども周りの人が助けてくれて優しい人が多いです！

出張時に2週間ほど利用しました
建物が大きいのでウェイト系もマシン系も台数と種類が多く充実してました。ただ広さの割にはストレッチ用のシートが4枚でピークタイムには少ないかなと。シャンプーボディソープも備品を使えるのもとても助かりました。無料でトレーニングの方向性とか効率の良い、かつ身体に負担になりにくいメニュー決めも大変参考になりました。
スタッフの方も元気よく挨拶してくれていい店舗でした。
