Incredible sandwich. Everything is homemade—the bread, mayonnaise, and honey mustard. I had the chicken sandwich, and it was so fresh and delicious. Perfect after a long morning exploring the beaches and swimming. I also paired my sandwich with homemade ginger ale. Highly recommend you check out this spot when you visit Zamami Island!

The papaya smoothie (among others) is not likely to be easily found in Honshu.
I could be wrong, but they're probably the only place on the island with vegan options.
Fantastic that they offer half sandwich options, so you can try two at a time if you like.

Loved this little cafe so much that it became our breakfast go to every morning we were in Zamami. The the atmosphere was relaxing and lots of shade, a nice break from the sun. I enjoyed the patio and looking at all the Japanese cookbooks they had around. The smoothies and food were delicious and I appreciated the vegan friendly options as well as English menu. My husband and I both enjoyed the original chickenham sandwich and their homemade honey mustard was incredible. The smoothie pictured was the Okinawa Brown sugar banana & (soy) milk , they allowed modifying all smoothies to soy milk if you want. The couple that own the place were so nice and welcoming, I really enjoyed their cafe. Thank you for the special experience delicious food, highly recommend this place when you visit Zamami Island.

I've been living in Japan for one year now and Sabaidee Cafe was for sure one of the best cafes that I've ever tried here. The avocado sandwich was incredible and I have no words to describe how delicious the smoothies were. I wish I could have breakfast at Sabaidee Cafe every day. Please come to Kyoto 😭

Absolutely delightful and cozy cafe with tasty smoothies and sandwiches. This is a little hidden gem during your visit to Zamami Island! It’s perfect for your first and last stop of the day if you are visiting for the day as they conveniently serve food & drinks and also rent bicycles as well. We ordered the chickenham sandwich and the Okinawan purple sweet potato smoothie and had to get both one more time before we left 😅 Yoshi and Nobu are sweet and friendly people and are great to talk to. They both speak great English as well! When we return to Zamami, we will definitely come back to enjoy the food and hospitality. We also rented some bicycles from them, $1500 Yen/per person for the day, and it made getting around super easy!

I spent two days in Zamami, and I loved this cafe so much that I went back both days! Yoshi and his family are so sweet and friendly. Their children are so cute and they play in the yard next to the house. The drinks (they have smoothies, coffee and espresso drinks) and freshly made baked sweets are amazing. They even have sandwiches made with homemade bread! Everything is made with love. It is the perfect casual place to sit outside and relax in Zamami. Thank you so much!

A small village on a little island in the big ocean offers this little friendly jewel of a café. Again it’s young people showing the way. Slow, homemade and also somewhat healthy options of sandwiches, smoothies and cakes. And not to mention the coffee. It is the best coffee on the island as to what I know.
And the sandwiches is a good option for a lighter lunch. They are super tasty and the bread homemade.
The young couple running it are extremely friendly and helpful and for international guest, they speak English.

Fell in love with this cute family. The food is all home made and absolutely delicious. Particularly loved the avocado sandwich (with amazing bread) and their sweet potato milkshake. Had to go back again before departure from Zamami just to try as many of their dishes as possible.

It is one of the “must visit” place during your zamami island trip for their super tasty hummus sandwich with home made bread, paper filter coffee, walnut mix banana coconut cake and smoothies. The host is super kind and friendly.

Delicious food that is simple and healthy! Sweet potato and banana smoothie, starfruit cake and an avocado sandwich was presented in an artsy way. Friendly helpful owners too!

We looove this place and the smoothies are so great. The potato smoothie is NOT to miss! The owners are a sweet couple that delivers excellent service and really makes you feel taken care of. We are really going to miss this little gem when we leave.

The owner of the cafe is very friendly. He speaks English fluently.
I ordered their chicken sandwich and matcha banana smoothie and my partner ordered hummus sandwich and Okinawan sweet potato coconut honey smoothie. All the foods and smoothies were yummy. Personally the sweet potato smoothie is the best.
They accept cash only.

I rarely give 5 stars.. but this time.. well let me tell you ! First of all over zamami little island you'll have the opportunity to have a REAL caffè/cappuccino only here BUT you won't only find good coffee, you'll find homemade tea, cake, biscuits and above all YOSHI and his family which will make with their cordiality this cafè , like your piece of home in zamami island ! i feel really lucky i could find this place and learn my things from the island and have good breakfast ! almost forgot.. you can even rent bike there ( while is place will close in the afternoon you can still bring the bike late in the evening ) and he might open a guesthouse soon... in that case it's gonan eb the best place to stay on the island ! thank you so much for your kindness and great coffee!!!

The smoothies were sweet but the owner was even sweeter! He was very helpful and kind and really wanted to help travelers!! We loved the atmosphere of the café. Highly recommend and thank you again :))

This is a cute little mom and pop shop with delicious smoothies and sandwiches (on homemade bread!). The owners are very friendly and the outside seating area is comfortable and relaxing. They also have several dairy-free and vegan options. Highly recommended!

Delicious sandwiches (only till 14:00) and we had the best banana cake. Also one of the only places on the island that serves latte.

We came here two times at our vacation on Zamami Island. The owners are very nice! If you are on Zamami island, you have to visit this cafe :). They also have free WiFi ☺
