Axis Destination Management (Axis DMC Jordan)

Our trip was so good... Thanks to the nice arrangements and planning by Axis... It was first trip to Jordan and we enjoyed it a lot... All the hotels were good... The car was very good... And the itinerary was very carefully crafted.... We enjoyed our trip a lot.... Five star to them.

The team is absolutely amazing. Abdul Rahman is the sweetest guide we have ever met. He was very caring, made sure we cover all the sites and very informative. We had no issues with food, stay or travel thanks to Abdul. Tariq and Abdullah dropped us and picked us from airport helped with the visa issues as well. Everything went smooth. I will definitely recommend Axis to all my friends who want to visit Jordon. Also thanks to their boss Isabelle who gifted us with Jordon’s specials. Such a thoughtful gesture

We reached out to Axis DMC through a local contact in Jordan to help my wife and me plan our 10 day Jordan trip. We had all of the places that we wanted to visit chalked out - Amman, Jerash, Ajloun, Umm Qais, Dead Sea, Baptism site, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Dana biosphere reserve, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba.
Isabel from the Axis team was super prompt and patient in helping us make the itinerary and also booking the hotels. For Amman, Dana and Wadi Rum we gave hotel suggestions and Axis booked them for us.
Hasan was the private driver we had for the entire trip. He was super fun and kept us in good spirits as we traversed the country from north to the south over 11 days.
Overall, we highly recommend Axis as they do an excellent job of private tours. Jordan is a country which needs you to have a rental car or someone to drive you around as getting from one place to another is difficult using public transport.
And also, Axis helped us with visa on arrival when we landed in Amman ( we are Indian citizens) . They had an on ground rep called Nabeel who guided us through the process. In the end, Axis also gave us a nice little gift pack :)
Awesome experience - 10/10

I was but one of a group of ten visitors to Jordan this past February. I would be remiss if I don't give a shout out to our Supreme Tour Specialist, Mr. Fadi Al Soud. From the first minute until wheels up time nine days later, Fadi was everything everywhere all at once. He opened our eyes wide and starry to the brilliance of Jordan’s past and culture, he took care of us like no one had done before. He was, in my view, the Desert King, seconded by no one.

We enjoyed a lot these 8 days tour with Axis DM. Our guide Khalid was amazing, he helped us to enjoy as much as we can and explained many things about their culture and lifestyle. Everything was very well organized and the schedule was perfect to visit the most important locations of the country, even to have adventure in Wadi Mujib, amazing.

From the pre-trip arrangements, to the airport service, the guide, the drivers and the team in HQ, I could not have been more impressed and satisfied with the service, the professionalism, the local knowledge and the attitude of everyone associated with Axis. Nothing was a problem and everyone just wanted to showcase the hidden treasures of Jordan.

Un trato excepcional desde que les pides lo que necesitas hasta el viaje. Tratan de ir más allá buscando cómo superar las expectativas y te sientes en todo momento acompañado y seguro. Todo planificado al detalle para no perder el tiempo y disfrutar de lugares más auténticos y menos turísticos, el guía un apasionado de su país y con un excelente nivel de español. Repetiría sin duda.
