From my experience
Rooms beds and sheets was clean
They have many different options to choose from the rooms type
They also advise you which room is good for you
The price are fair
Good Costomer service
Hope to keep it going

We stayed there for two nights, the family rooms are amazing, with breathtaking view.
Room service is good enough.
Breakfast is something very simple but everyone will like it especially Zait w Za'atar.
Within the area, there you can walk for around one hour (in summer I advise to be at early morning or before sunset).
At night, you will hear animal voices (maybe wolves or similar).

I highly recommend the place, it's super clean, quite and calm
Prices are suitable, the food is normal there and the zip line is a nice experience
