We enjoyed the family room that was clean and cozy also the gym, swimming pool and sauna were nice and the fantastic roof view is breathtaking:)

First Abu Ahmad second Abu Abdullah third Abu Omer then um na al I give them 💯 percent the way they treat people you won't find it anywhere very respectful and helpful and honest. Then the Receptionist duaa and Anas and Abdullah are the best 👌 then the rest are helpful. Then the Chef Ahmad very good person. And Farooq very good and honest person. If you want to make wedding Ask for Farooq. I CHECK IN 11/2/2023 I CHECKED OUT 12/02/2023 I REALLY DON'T WANT TO LEAVE I CAME FROM USA. I LOVE IT SADEEN HOTEL IS THE PLACE TO BE AT. I PROMISE YOU WON'T BE REGRET IT THEY HAVE GYM SWIMMING POOL AND MORE.THERE IS NO ONE THAT I CAN SAY BAD. THEY ALL LOVELY AND FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE VALET PARKING. THEY CAN PARK YOUR CAR 🚗. JUST PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THEM TIP$ 🙏 . AND I WANT TO THANK SUPERVISORS. I was treated like I'm home I recommend this place specially none Arabic.THEY Treat people equal. THANKS AGAIN

Customer service great, my wife and I came from the US with and stayed for 11 days . The room and service were excellent. Also, the reception and staff are very professional. The room daily cleaned during my stay. The breakfast open buffet great 👍 and delicious food and service.

Great amenities and professional staff. Location is smart as it is easy to access and close to major activities in Amman. Traffic is acceptable and Gardens street is the best feature.

Great hotel deserves more than 4 start in my opinion. Customer service was great everyone in the hotel is smiling and for anyone who knows jordan that’s an accomplishment!! The buffet was amazing was too tired to go for breakfast and they made sure i got the buffet experience in my room! I recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of Amman!

Wonderful stay would recommend it to anyone visiting Amman. Amazing hospitality with top of the line service. It was my first visit to Jordan I had a dental conference but the location was so suitable that it felt more like a vacation. Everything needed is within reach from the hotel from dry cleaning to amazing food and even Turkish bathes. The rooms are spacious the employees always tried their best to make my stay very comfortable. The food service was unforgettable. A must to revisit as soon as possible.

It was a good hotel. We needed help in regards to our AC in the room which was sorted asap. The staff was very courteous n smiling ready to help anytime. Keep the same and good work going on.

Amazing hotel very clean the room was very specious, the bathroom is bigger than the usual, the staff are very friendly and they speak fluent English. Definitely will come back.
