Amazing Hotel and staff ,we had the most pleasant stay Algamdulilah

We stayed here for 5 nights during a tour of Jordan. Although the hotel common areas and rooms are a little dated, the exceptional service from all the staff more than made up for it. The served breakfast, not a buffet, is authentic Jordanian and simply loaded with yummy options. Yhe view from our corner room 415 was wonderful.. The wait staff and the front desk staff were very helpful. The area around the hotel was filled with good restaurant and coffee shop options all within walking distance. Just be careful crossing the busy road out front. I recommend staying here.

The rooms were very spacious with a full size fridge and an emperor size bed.

The hotel staff were friendly, provided plenty of food and water, and the views of the Palace from our room were incredible.

The breakfast was massive. I suggest sharing one platter between two.

This Hotel has the most amazing views of King Hussein Mosque from our room. Spacious rooms, bathroom and great interior, most importantly fresh white linen. 5 Start services!

Unique design and decor. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and prompt. Two restaurants on site provide excellent authentic middle Eastern and Turkish cuisines. Close to many attractions as well as the airport (30 mins away). Recommend for pleasure or business trips.

Very decent for a 3* hotel. It looks new or very recently renovated. Staff are very friendly and trying to do their best.
Had a deluxe room that was spacious with a good bed. Self-service breakfast was ok even if it has room for improvement.

The staff is great and very friendly, rooms are clean and well orgnised. Reception is very helpful and the breakfast is amazing specially with it' Plestinatin local atyle
