Outstanding service and top-notch quality! I've been to Frankies before, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I pre-ordered a cake for my nephew. Unfortunately, I dropped it on the way home, creating quite a mess. When I called Frankies, they were incredibly understanding. They made a new cake with a flawless design in just an hour! Their professionalism and friendliness were exceptional. I highly recommend their services.

One of the finest cake shops in town. They have ready-made cakes, as well as they accept cake orders with pictures you can ask them to print on.

Other than cakes, they sell ice cream, sweet and salted bites, cookies, and pastries.

Their prices are reasonable, their staff are courteous, and their service is excellent. They accept payment by card or cash. They have enough parking outside.

Tasty cake and large variety of desserts 🧁 staff are super helpful and friendly. Customer service is very responsive. One time we provided them with a feedback about of their products and the next day they insisted to re-send another one. Highly recommend 👏🏼👏🏼

We get kitkat pasta which was super delicious creamy light a bunch of chunky pieces it was a celebration in my mouth,,
Then the English cake was phenomenal very rich taste
And the little treats pleasured my mouth
More than 10 years and still this wonderful place makes shockingly wonderful yummys . Thank you frankies 🌹

Best cakes in Amman by far and very good quality. They also do special designs and full wedding cakes that both taste amazing and cost rather good. Location is a problem but they do have delivery so that is well solved. Try to ask the management for their special cakes and you will be fully amazed. The guys literally go the extra mile to make something special and amazing. The pic I added were cakes that I ordered where I just provided the general concept of the design and they made the rest, we almost ate the packaging as well. Great job guys, keep it up

I had just recently ordered two cakes for Mother’s Day.. I am living in the US and wanted them to be delivered. I will share my experience:
1. The cakes were beautiful
2. Extremely affordable not like the other cake places that apparently took advantage of this celebration
3. Mr. AbdulAziz was extremely accommodating, professional, kind and attentive.
4. Payment method was made easy, paypal or bank transaction.
5. The cakes were delivered as requested
6. Delivery was made without the need to call and inquire about any further directions
7. The most important...THEY WERE FRESH AMD DELICIOUS!!!!
It us not our first experience with this amazing place, however, it’s our first online purchase from them. It definitely will not be our last.
