Honestly worst bank ever! Coustmer services is below zero. The employees are extremely rude to everyone! It's horrible that I have to deal with this bank just because my university is dealing with it.

Worst bank ever
The employees are always fighting.
You cannot deposit from ATMs like other banks , do we live in 1860?
ATMs don't work most of the time.
It takes forever to change your debit card password, and the charge you for that.

Worst bank ever, I don't recommend it at all, I won't ever use it again.

These people are so slow with client services. I've had to come to them 3 times. Each time I've waited for at least 50 minutes. The employees have no regard for the client's time. They take personal calls and are away from their desks fof over 1/2 an hour with only one other emplyee to work.
