Arab bank is the best in Jordan, but this Branch is so bad and slow.
I came at 9 am, there were only two customers, it took me one hour to speak with the employee. It looks like there was a fight between the customer service employees.

The most bad experience in my life with the Arab Bank I went to many Arab Bank in Aqaba and amman but unfortunately this one it feels disgusting because of one employee he didn’t say his name even I guess is the assistant manager was shouting at the customer and talking to me in bad way just because I asked him to put the stamp in all the paper off my bank statement and he refused to make it using the policy of the bank ( not allowed I can’t make it this is the policy of the bank i can put it in the first paper only) even it’s 10 paper and I informed him that I need it on all paper and he replied with NO

البنك فرع دوار الثقافة سيء من حيث التعامل، بطىء في خدمة العملاء ، الموظفين يحتاجو إلى تدريب اكثر، موظف واحد عند خدمة العملاء وباقي الكابينات فاضية، لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا الفرع

دخلت عليه المرة الماضيه بدي اعمل حساب ..
كنت ماخدة الدور وبستنى والرقم عندي وما حد عم بنادي.. وابرسيبشن فاضي وهو اللي عليه الدور..
وفي اخت بتلف وبتمشي بفكرها المديرة.. طلعت هي الموظفة اللي ع الريسيبشن وبس راحت صارت تحكي تلفونات وترش عطر انا زعلت صراحة اول مرة بشوف هيك يعني عملت اكتر من حساب بالبنك الاسلامي.. ودبي الاسلامي والعربي الاسلامي.. كلهم احسن بكتير..
