Good shop with reasonable prices

I brought a fence for my 2 months old toy poodle puppy from this place for 47 JODs. The iron rods of the fence do not touch the ground so it’s not stable and is easily moved by the puppy when bitten. I told the place after 4 days about one of the iron rods getting deformed after bitten by the puppy, the employee told me that he will be contacting the manager for this but there was 0 response from their side. After another 4 days I contacted them and told them that my puppy was able to escape it (raise the iron rods because they’re not stable at all). They were like this is normal for a puppy to move and escape a fence and they won’t exchange or return it back or do me anything and only give me pads as a compensation (according to the manager). This was too obnoxious and hit on my last nerve.
I was not looking for a compensation even I wanted my problem to be solved. Other places offer fences at a bit of higher price but much greater quality and I’m planning to buy my 2nd fence from other stores. Very terrible experience do not buy from this place! The employees are so rude and will start yelling at you even 😡
IMAGINE THAT I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER’S NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT SEND IT TO ME BCUZ THEY CANT REVEAL HIS IDENTITY 🥲

Very bad experience, the employee smoking around the pets , the price has changed when we arrived, the employee was so so so rude.
