I was amazed having the buffet dinner during Eid with crowds of people, that the service was extremely efficient, super friendly and the food excellent!
The building is beautiful and they have now added exciting climbing activities in the moat area

Whenever you have an event and you want to take your team out of the city. Or when you have a small conference or event. Please consider this location - especially in summer. Other than the halls available, there's a restaurant that can provide you with meals, and if you needed accommodation, you can utilize the wonderful reserve lodges at night.

Seating is overcrowded and food barely edible even though it's expensive. The view was decent.

Bad road routes , need life insurance to reach it due to such routes , the reserve main restaurant service is awful and better to have meals at Amman rather than wasting time and efforts to reach although of decent view and clean air , really I'm so sad to see such great view and location wasted by bad services , this is one of main reasons of our internal tourism failure, not yet mentioning the high prices compared to bad service , this is a new report just visited them on 11-June-2021 and will never do it again and I don't advise either , save your time and money.
