The best car rental experience I've ever had. Upon arrival to the office, we were seen straightaway. From arrival to getting the keys an leaving it took approx 20 minutes. We were even offered drinks while we waited!
I was offered additional insurance cover but as I had my own rental car rental insurance in place, the sales person did not insist on trying to sell me theirs (such a welcomed change, as most agencies become pushy and try to force you to buy theirs, but not here!)

Completely positive experience - car (Toyota Yaris) was pre-booked on the web site and ready when I arrived; Rahaf handled the paperwork well; they were flexible to suggest dropping off at the airport; questions about the car were answered fully.

OK, the car itself had a few bumps and bruises but these were all logged, and what do you expect driving on Jordanian roads. Car worked fine, and very quick drop-off process with the team at Queen Alia airport. I would 100% hire from Budget again

Great experience renting a car here. They offer better prices than the website when you rent for a few days. A lot of the smaller rental agencies are more expensive and tend to have older cars or cars that reek of cigarette smoke.

Excellent service in the office from Mahmoud and Rawaf, and the guy who checks the vehicles Hamdi is hilarious, loved chatting with him.

Tip: always take photos of all scratches/dents on the car, but that goes for any rental car agency!

All good. Professional and quick service by the staff. We got an almost brand new car and it was definitely the best for its class. Prices of rental cars in Jordan are expensive and even though someone would suggest you to rent from a friend (their friend), you should rather stick tot he big names such as Budget so you will be on the safe side if you suddenly need help on the road (24x7) or if a problem arises between you and the company. Great experience with Budget Amman and totally recommended.

Awesome all around! I have been in Amman for two years and have rented from a few places but Budget exceeds expectations and rises to the top. The staff, especially manager Qutiba and Saif, go above and beyond. Even the guy who moved back to the Aqaba branch is great (sorry, forgot his name). The cars are never more than a couple of years old, super clean, smoke-free, wide selection of cars from low end to high, and you will always find someone available 24/7. One of the other rental car companies that was locally owned gave me a 5-year old cr@ppy car. When I returned it, I went through the litany of problems with the car. The owner told me I have to ask for a "new model car." Are you kidding me?!?! You never experience this at Budget. All the cars are like new. In my history of renting cars I have never heard of having to ask for a newer car - you should get it automatically or pay a super discounted rate. While I tend to support local businesses in my travels, I usually don't when it comes to car rentals. It is best to go with a really good international brand because you (should) have higher quality service due to free market competition. You will also have someone guaranteed 24/7 road side assistance which is not always the case with a local vendor. Car rental prices in Jordan are high compared to many other countries but I found the prices at Budget are very competitive - another reason why I recommend it. Keep in mind that almost all rental car companies in Jordan do not give you a full tank of gas (usually around 1/4 or 1/2 tank) so don't forget to fill up before you hit the road.
