I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with CAREEM
I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with CAREEM and I feel compelled to share my concerns and frustrations.

I placed an order with this company, received the items, and promptly paid in cash. However, my ordeal began about a week later when the company attempted to withdraw the amount from my account again. Shocked and confused, I reached out to their customer service to understand the reason behind this unexpected withdrawal.

To my disbelief, I was informed that the company's records indicated that I had not received my order. According to the employee, they claimed to have placed the order and left, but I had allegedly not received it. This is a blatant lie, as I did receive the order and settled the payment in cash.

Adding to the frustration, despite the company's claim of attempting to contact me, I received neither a phone call nor a text message regarding this matter. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of communication and professionalism.

I strongly urge the company to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate action against the deceptive practices of their employee. Customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and reliable service, and this incident falls far short of those expectations.

THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO IF YOU WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND THEIR APP SUCKS, AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY WITH ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS!!!!!

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU """"NOT""" TO USE CAREEM!!!
UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND DEALING WITH UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS WHO REFUSR TO TAKE DIRECTION THEN THEY END UP CHARGING YOU MONEY CAUSE THE DRIVER REFUSED TO COME TO THE LOCATION YOU INDICATED AND DECIDED TO CANCEL THE RIDE!!!

البارحه طلبت كريم و شرحت للسائق بل ضبط وين يجي في رساله لما وصل طلعت لبرى و ما كان موجود لما اتصلت في و سألتو وين طلع رايح على ا نهاية الشارع لأننهو تطبيقهم غبي و ما يلقط محلي لما اطلب و حتى أسهل الهم اكتب المكان في رساله، لما ولا التحفه اتصلت في و سألتو اذا كان واصل كلي اه على اللوكيشن لنا كتلو قريت الرساله بيكلي اه بعد ما وصلت كتبو طب تعى غلى وين ما كتبت في الرساله كلي مش شغلي اصطفلي و انا كنت شايله أغراض و ما كدرت امشي فه كتلو لا بدياك تيجي على والوصف الي في الرساله، سكر في وشي و عمل كانسل اليوم حاولت اتصل فيهم و لا حتى معطين اي اوبشن ان تتكلم مع حدا. أسوأ خدمه في العالم عن جد
