Worst customer service. The can't keep promises if their lives depended on it. I placed an order during the black Friday promotion which was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks. Unfortunately it has been 5 weeks and still nothing. Not the first time they fail to deliver on time. Our previous order was delayed 2 months and when we finally got it they had the wrong color. I definitely don't recommend them.

Thanks for your response. We had a lengthy call with your supervisor yesterday and was promised that someone from management will call us the next day, to which, once again, they failed to do so. Your staff seems to lack all kinds of professional service that one would expect from a your brand. And of course the order is still MIA....

We made an order and were promised 4-6 weeks; however, our order got weeks delayed causing inconvenience. After back and forth and firefighting, they delivered half of the order which was for someone else! The order included club chairs, and when delivered they were unwrapped they and dirty! We asked to return them back, also the half set was also stained and causations were missing! It’s been over one week now and no one came to collect the items and deliver our set! They claim that these stains are due to shipping!!!! The inefficiency and incompetence make us wonder how such a name that claims experience and quality! So far, there has been no quality in the after sales service!
The sales person has completed his bit, it’s now the after sales to ensure that we are getting what we have paid for! The brand!
