Fantastic hospitality with great staff. The hotel is beautifully design with outstanding service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and food is incredibly delicious with many options. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The location of the hotel is very accessible and convenient. The service from the staff was extraordinary. They go beyond miles to make sure my stay will be perfect and amazing.

Great place to stay in Amman. Clean , well furnished rooms. Lots of interesting food joint nearby within walking distance. Super markets also nearby. Excellent location Courteous and friendly staff. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay in Monarch Hotel Amman. The staffs are all wonderful and their willingness to help is on top. A must try cafe47 that gives you a very sophisticated ambiance with impeccable service from the staffs.

Exceptional staff and very clean facility, it’s obvious that they’re paying attention to details. Stayed there for 10 days and I think it deserves what we paid for. Haven’t tried the breakfast though. I’d stay again.

We stayed there for two nights in suite, the hotel and the suite were amazing and the employees were so helpful and polite.
The hotel is located in busy area and there are many restaurants and markets close to it.
The price is slightly high comparing to other options.
But in general I recommend it.

One of the best hotels I’ve been seen in last two years, rooms big and clean ,staff are friendly and helpful specially Ms.Aya.
There is supermarket nearby the hotel.
Breakfast was varied and delicious. There is no noise inside neither outside hotel.
My sister wedding party was starting from there , we met one of hotel’s owner she was really kind and generous with my family.

They have charming hall for events and weddings party.
Definitely I will visit this charming hotel again

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 4 star! it should be 5 star and more! I've stayed in some seriously expensive hotels in my time and this hotel has surpassed every other 5* hotel! the Staff were super super friendly! Rawida arranged for us to go the dead sea and the hotel even paid for our entry fee to a resort which included lunch. Rawida also arranged a 2 day trip to Petra and Wadi Rum (she booked us a tent overnight experience and I was nervous being the clean freak I am, but honestly once again it exceeded my expectations as well); rest of the reception and Security team (Shane, Raed, Hamed, Mohammed Attar, Malik, Abu Sohaib, and Ashraf) were all amazing and were so friendly and caring including the gatekeepers who would open the gate just for us to enter on foot I cant thank them enough for making Jordan an unforgettable EXPERIENCE!
room was super duper clean, pretty new, towels were fresh and clean! cant fault it at all

Good location if you are visiting the dead sea and want to be closer to Amman also. About 15mins from rainbow Street. Hotel is very modern and so clean, the rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff are also extremely warm and welcoming.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly. But If you order two simple cups of tea plus water, you should expect to pay more than 7 JD. (10 USD).
I thought it was too much.

A very well decorated boutique hotel with great attention to details, pleasant and professional service, and warmly welcoming staff with adorable smiling faces. All in all; great choice for very reasonable prices.
