Park Plaza Hotel

Very tidy and lovely room
equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Park Plaza is a great host and there when you need them, Very nice and wants to share all they know about the area. We had a great stay!

Honestly ,the location of the hotel is excellent and there is everything we need nearby. The staff always has a smile on their faces and responds to requests quickly. The rooms are clean and well serviced. It was a good stay by all standards.

Staff front of the house and back of the house were very friendly, yo see the smile on their face all the time.
Hotel is very clean as soon as you enter the lobby.

Plaza Park Hotel Review

Good central location; we booked a two bedroom apartment suite. There are nearby convenience stores and an Indian restaurant just next to the hotel.

Room is clean and although they allow smoking within room, the rooms do not have any lingering smoke smell.

The breakfast spread, although does not change in variety, is decent.

We want to commend on the reception staff’s attention to detail to attend to our needs, from transport to and from airport, to our tour within our stay in Jordan. (Especially Nehal). She was always looking out for us, right from our first day of arrival to help us to order food to be delivered in room, so we can rest to making sure our needs are well taken care of. We don’t speak Arabic but we communicate ok with English. She always goes above and beyond our expectations.

On our last day, we left some money in our room and they contacted us to make arrangements on how we can get back the money we left behind. Truly unexpected and we are touched by the hospitality and service of the staff in Plaza Park Hotel.

The hotel is clean and in a great location next to shops and bakeries. I’m especially thankful for Nehal at the reception desk. She is polite, courteous, and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and and giving us tips and helping us find food delivery services, taxis among others. She was so welcoming and took car of us.
The master chef Ahmed made an amazing customized breakfast for us which we loved. we extended our stay with Park Plaza Hotel because of these beautiful souls.
