The app is really easy to use and their customer service is available to chat with at anytime. This was my first time ordering through them and I'll definitely make more orders in the future

Changed my review from 1* to 5* as service has improved tremendously..

My old revew:

1) Wrong item has been delivered.... it's funny because when thwy don't have the orderd item (screwdrive) they simply shipped a wrong replacement item instead of communicating back with the customer ..

2) Missing Camera item at my order total 85jd....

After struggling for over 7 days and
Been talking and waiting for OVER A week no action. From the Support and ,followup team they are Total ignorant and careless....

I have ask and ask everyday reminding them to fix my issue ...

Now they saying they have refunded my money Yes they refunded the camera cost but after overt 20 reminders.

Also they were telling me no camera at the supplier stock while I ordered directly from supplier and received it in less than 24h.

Unfortunately look at thier ratings it's become 3.5 at Android and 2.5 at google! Due to bad customers support.

Great services, especially the call center, I had a problem with connecting my new electric scooter, the crew helped me and keep asking if everything is going okay.

A very cooperative and kind support team and helpful, I'm satisfied with my experience
