customer is the priority and always right in this facility.
when you claim something wrong with the purchased part they give you:
- the credit because according to them you are right.
- they change the part for youbso you are satisfied
- they give you a discount so you leave them happy with a big smile.
their aim is to "earn" the customer not the mony.
i have my personal experience with them.
