Always shop here and their Customer Service was always good, until I encountered a woman from the Paint Department. Her attitude sucked, but perhaps she was just having a bad off day ... who knows?!? None-the-less, thanks to MICHEAL who was walking the floor ... he saved the day. His Customer Service was A++. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and happy to assist. Appreciate your professionalism 💯

I have to rate them in terms of variety and customer service. Out of every hardware I've visited. They have been the most helpful and have alot of options. Options matter. My only issue is sometimes items are in isles that I don't expect them to be in. Very nice shopping environment, 5 stars!!
