A beautiful and quiet place in the blue mountains not to hard to reach from Kingston.
There are mainly two hiking paths, both are not too hard. The waterfall path is a bit longer but not so steep. Don’t expect a huge waterfall buts a very natural and beautiful place with endemic plants growing around.

We were the only people there during the week, and had to pay no entry fee since there was nobody there. Also they got a beautiful picnic spot by the ranger station right by the trail head.

It's a very beautiful place, went camping up there. Very picturesque. Mosquitos will take a chunk out of you no matter how cold though. Would definitely visit again. Minor waterfall trail not marked so you may pass it like it did. Literally a less than 2 min walk on the right after the bridge.

Absolutely mesmerizing experience at Holywell Jamaica Glamorous National Park! 🌲✨ From the moment we arrived, the natural beauty embraced us. The glamping site is a hidden gem, blending luxury with nature seamlessly. The spacious tent felt like a cozy haven, with all the amenities one could wish for.

One of my favorite places in Jamaica. One of the few places that facilitate camping with access to running water, shower and bathroom facilities close to multiple camping grounds. Definitely recommend for a day outside of the city or for a week away on the hills.

Having camping and hiking for the first time, though we got rained out in the end, it was a great experience

Awesome weekend hangout!!
If you are a visitor, hire a car for a day, enjoy the circuitous drive uphill and downhill.
Once at Holywell, you will be in surrounded by cloud and mist. Carry an extra pair of clothes even for a day trip.
Keep water and food with you or can buy at a new cafe at the premise.
Give a good camping opportunity if you are ok spending time with nature.
Better to have your own tent as charges are high and availability is doubtful.
You can have a barbecue grill and relish stakes while camping.

Holywell is a great family space with ample gazebo, outdoor grills, camping, and hiking. It has a play area for the kids; you can even sleep over in a cabin.

It's a great spot for an afternoon out...especially now that there is a restaurant. The bathroom facilities are well kept and there is running water.

I have camped overnight in tents. I have stayed at the cabins and I have visited the park for just the afternoon. This park never gets old!

Great spot to get away from the city and spend some quality time with family and friends. The camping experience was great and affordable. The scenic views are amazing and the best part is, it's not too far from Kingston.

Beautiful natural park/forest reserve in Jamaica with many beautiful trees and lots of endemic Jamaican birds- perfect spot for birders. The grounds are very well kept by the rangers and manager and all showcase great customer service and are extremely helpful. The cabins and bistro are also very nice and inexpensive and add to the attractiveness of the park.

This was a beautiful outdoor trip for us.
The fee is $10 non-resident and $400 for residents.

The tuck ship was closed. The bathrooms were clean and there was soap.

We enjoyed the little waterfall.

Quiet, cool, meditative atmosphere with a subtle fresh pine fragrance and fresh air. Enhanced with the view of Port Royal, Kingston, Portmore, and other parts of St. Catherine and St. Andrew

Our go-to spot to reset, relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Love to go camping and walking the trails up there. Blue Brews Bistro is a must for breakfast!

Lovely inexpensive hideaway from Kingston & a refreshing break from the heat. JM$100 for locals, US$10 for foreigners. Five hiking trails with panoramic views of the mountains and Kingston city, lots of gazebos and informative signs around. Three cabins are available for staying overnight but book well in advance. These go fast. Otherwise, campsites are available along with tents and sleeping bags for rental. They have restrooms and a tuck shop which opens on weekends as well.
