Customer service at sovereign village is wack..... At Half Way Tree they answer the business phone as if it's their personal cellphone..... N is reluctant to answer questions.....

Terrible customer service and they had a refund policy that did not make sense.After paying to fix the phone the issues were still not resolved.The phone is not able start and is in worse condition than when it was given.Would not recommend using their service.Would give it a zero star if it was possible

Instead of helping me the rep took one look at my phone and started telling me how if something is wrong with my phone i should say that. I lost it. The young girl working is friendly, she thinks and she's a problem solver . Her senior however is mean and negative. She thinks she's helpful but she's not. She really needs customer service training because i dont think she knows it's all in what you say. Honestly i could have done without her involvement in my transaction. I'm still waiting for my refund for the product that has no use to me which she obviously didnt care about from start.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...Discourteous and unprofessional staff in Portmore Sovereign Village. Dont waste your time with this branch nor the people there. I only put one star because there isnt an option for zero/ no stars!
