Prices a little higher than their competitors but well worth it. Always clean, we'll stocked, spacious aisles, and best of all open till late EVERYDAY.

Good location, although traffic in the area can be a nightmare at times. A good one-stop shop for all grocery needs.

Customer service was great and they even assist person that are not able manage their goods that they purchase

Great experience, having almost everything under one roof. It has a pharmacy in it and a Deli court with an eating area. The ncb machine is right outside if u need money and don't want to use your card in there, lots of variety, little vegetable salads too.

Love the experience I love using my GK reward card there as well just tap and Go.

This is one of my favorite supermarket, prices are very reasonable.

I found it quiet affordable to shop at Hi Lo in comparison to some of their competitors. They carry a wide varierty of branded items which make shopping more affordable. A love this store.

The customer service manager is exceptional! Great customer service, people person, friendly and care about the customers. Short hair glasses, slightly stout. She's the best!

On entering Hi-Lo through the automatic sliding doors you will be greeted by delicious array of fruits, veggies and ground produce all arranged beautifully, which is a common theme through out the entire supermarket. All the items were stocked, arranged and labeled which made it super easy to find what I needed. They stock many brands of many items to tend to the brand loyalist, the environment is clean and organized, the staff were always willing to assist and pleasant to interact with. It's a great one stop place to shop: It houses a deli area, a natural juice bar, a eating area, a bakery there's even a pharmacy that you can enter from inside Hi-Lo and to top it all off they are opened till 11 pm to tend to all the late night shoppers that are busy during the day.

I shopped in the store at Portmore Pines. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent customer service. I inquired about filling my 3 gallon water bottle. Even though they were not familiar with filling my size bottle, they took the bottle ,quickly spoke with the manager and calculated the cost for the water. Thumbs up.

Wow! Very impressed with the cleanliness, the Inventory, the customer sevice AND the way Management and sulervisors are present and showing great leadership in the store. I had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast 😋 #Fivestarplace Kudos!
