Staff were caring, concerned and very pleasant. Doctor was thorough in his explanation and treated me with kindness. Place was very clean, modern and the equipment seemed top of the line. Very efficient and professional service.

This company is quite professional. I had a good experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get great dental care. They do free follow-ups, they help you schedule, they're flexible; they call to remind you of appointments. Their online registration is smooth. I mean... there's not much else I can ask for except that one day they'll have their own building in Portmore, so that they could facilitate more patients in the waiting room.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at the Portmore branch yesterday evening and the place was very clean, their equipment was advanced and the entire staff from the front desk, to the nurses were very knowledgeable about every part of the process, super professional and friendly. They did an awesome job with helping me to feel relaxed throughout the entire procedure.

Big up to Dr Doonquah who did a superb job, I don’t even really feel a thing in my mouth right now , just a slight discomfort. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everybody for guiding me through the process and I definitely recommend FOSA!

Unprofessional and rude. I was deliberately placed on hold by Le-Anne, Office Administrator, for over 45 minutes because I wasn’t able to relate my request to her for a third time. This information was already given to her colleague a few minutes before. Very poor service, I definitely do not recommend!

No privacy when seeing a doctor.
