I love this gym! It's affordable, has great staff and best of all fun classes. The best gym in Portmore by far. Especially the booth camp, its in doors but don't let that fool you, you might not be able to do anything after that workout Saturday morning. It's a great place to start your fitness journey.

Though it's a popular gym, it not so easily overcrowded, but it does have it's days. Their package is by far the best, with many payment options. They have on site hydration but you can always get whatever you need from the various stores around. The staff is quite helpful, they will help you out or give you hints every now and then. There are classes for all to attend and that target various goals. Give it a try, you won't regret it trust me.

Amazing. This place is the best when it comes on to working out when getting assistance. This is a 24hour surveillance area, you have instructors there as well.
