We had a party of 8 and got seated almost instantly. The servers were FANTASTIC! Marlon and Sashana were friendly, professional and provided service with a smile. Definitely a high point of our trip! Food and drinks were amazing!

We ate here three times during our we’ll stay. Service was wonderful each time. We had some great servers Dane and Jen Isa were wonderful. The salad bar is amazing and the food portions are huge. You will not go hungry.

El dorado is a great restaurant to eat in at the resort. Food is very fresh and tasty. Food portions are great. Menu options fit just Abt all types of eaters; vegetarians, and carnivores alike. It's a family friendly restaurant as well. Shameika was our server, and she was great. She was very attentive to our needs. She spoke w the cooking staff to ensure there were meals to fit our son's needs regarding his allergies. She came back to check on us while eating multiple times. She made our dining experience a very pleasant one. I'd ask for her personally to be our server every time if it was possible.

Quick and easy process with the hosts upfront of the restaurant. Clean friendly atmosphere. Our server Dane was well informed, courteous, smiling and enjoyed my little quirks. Glad we came out to the El Dorado for dinner tonight. Try it out.

Dane was so sweet and respectful and went out of his way to take care of us. He's a great server and the chef's dessert's presentation was superb!!!

Our party of six recently dined at the El Dorado steak house at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. Between us we ordered all 3 cuts of steak...striploin, rib eye and filet. The service was outstanding and the meal was absolutely delicious! Our server was very attentive, polite and welcoming. Our water was always topped up, he checked often to see if we needed anything and waited at the table long enough to make sure that our food was cooked to our satisfaction. A truly delightful dining experience while on holiday. Many thanks!

(Great) Dane was a phenomenal server and kept us entertained throughout the nigh, you could tell he enjoys what he is doing and we were very lucky to have him as a server!
