UPDATE - another successful transaction. My family got their package in a timely manner. They estimate giving them 2 weeks, but each time my package has reached my family’s hands in a weeks time. Can’t wait to do more business with them. They’re always on point.

I LOVE AND APPRECIATE THEIR SERVICE.. they were the only courier service in the area who responded to me and responded in a timely manner. If I’m sending something thats important, I want to be able to speak with cstmr Srvc and ask questions, and with GPH, every question I had was answered. My package was received at the Miami facility on February 27, and by March 8 I was told my family will be able to pick up their package by weeks end. My family got a call March 10 that the package is ready for pickup. They did tell me that when received in Miami, the package take 2 weeks to reach Jamaica, then an extra week to them. I am really happy with the service and will be shipping again real soon. If you have any questions please reach out to them because they are there to help.
