Infini Gelato

The staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating, greeting me and my entourage with smiles and kind laughter. They allowed us to taste samples of their various flavours, that allowed us to make our final decisions on what we wanted.
Members of my entourage were not able to complete their ice creams as they were not used to such quality and quantity as they were from out of town, so the staff was kind enough to give them containers to carry the rest home, but they loved every bit of what they could handle in store. I being the Portmore local, had no problem finishing mine ☺
Will recommend that you try the chocolate, coffee, Oreo chocolate and sorrel flavours... Yes I sampled all of these before settling on a coffee and chocolate gelato mix on a bubble waffle cone with chocolate chip topping. Awesome place to have a sweet treat and a good laugh with family or friends.

Customer service was excellent! The person who served me was accommodating and very patient while I took forever to decide. They allow you to sample the flavours before buying and that was a plus for me. I got the Valentine's Day special which was a Jack Daniels flavour and the Oreo with almond toppings. I liked my flavours. The toppings cost $100 each (my only grouse) but are free on Sundays. The size i got is usually $1300 but the Jack Daniels special was a little more expensive. My partner got a mix of Guinness and rum and raisin flavours. I like how there were very small pieces of raisins in it. It was good. It was a great experience. The gelato tastes just like icecream to me, maybe a little softer in texture though.

Update: I went back for a milkshake. It was divine!

To start off, what is “Gelato”? Gelato the Italian version of ice cream. It starts out with a similar custard base as ice cream, but has a higher proportion of milk and a lower proportion of cream and eggs (or no eggs at all). It is churned at a much slower rate, incorporating less air and leaving the gelato denser than ice cream and a richer flavor. It has less sugar and lower fat content per serving than ice cream.

Infini Gelato located in the sunshine city of Portmore inside Sunshine Outlet Mall serves up a wide range of flavors including classics such as Oreo, Coconut, Coffee, Pistachio, Vanilla, Chocolate. Other fun & creative flavors are Guinness, Bread pudding, Salted Caramel and Snickers. They also offer options for dairy free/vegan options in the form of a Sorbet in flavors of Lime, Pineapple, Strawberry and even seasonal flavors such as Otaheite apple and Sorrel.

You can have your frozen treat in a cup, regular cone or even a waffle cone, a soft fluffy buttery pancake like cone. The flavors are rich and intense and definitely something you’d love to experience. Gelato is on the pricier side but definitely worth it. A cup averages at a about $650 for 5oz. and $1500 for 16oz served with a single topping and whipped cream.

Other options such as sundaes and milkshakes are available using the gelato as the base. Then they also have cake, bread pudding, cheesecake and cookies as other options for a sweet treat.

The customer service is great, Miss Brown is very warm and welcoming and does a great job with introducing customer to the product and assisting customers with choosing a flavor option.

On average the wait is no more than 10 minutes, there is seating area on the inside and the decor is fun and cute. The shop is always clean and the surfaces.

It’s 10/10 for me, I love coming here!

If you’ve never had gelato before go check them out now! It’s an Italian ice cream and it’s really good. It’s made from natural ingredients as well! The owner is amazing as well 🥰 They are located in Sunshine mall in Portmore, St. Catherine.

A breath of fresh air in the heart of Spanish Town. With their extremely affordable and delectable menu plus amazing customer service. I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend them.

Ice cream was fresh, fluffy & velvety.. The bubble waffle cones were different and added a certain confectionary flare to the overall experience. Worth trying more than once, Italian ice cream has a richer (flavorful) taste

The waffles are very nice. They don't have many gelato options, especially of you need alcohol-free.

The bubble waffle cone is delicious and the texture of the gelato is so smooth and not too sweet. I want to try their donut cone next which is usually served in the evenings. 😊

When I tell you, Great customer service!! Not my first time there but it's been a while, I think there is a new face there but when I tell you she is such a darling! Even though I'm a bit hard headed she made sure to break down to me the options and guide me on what I'm asking, I think I asked the name and she said Tina. Not sure but I am definitely coming back and I want her to serve me always!! 👍Keep up the good work infini!!

First time I went there was for mother's day. It was our first time trying it and it was sooo good. Mom loved it. Lovely heart warming customer service and I'm definitely coming back.

Tastes really good! The gelato goes great with the bubble waffle! It's a lot sweeter than icecream tho.

Went there on a random Tuesday evening for a sweet treat. The server was nice and allowed us time to select our orders. We were given several samples of the flavours on offer. The gelato us very smooth and creamy and the bubble waffle was warm and perfectly accented the gelato. Definitely give it a try if you're an ice cream lover.

So I did not go to the actual location (I will soon). But customer service is very fast at responding, polite, and friendly. Delivery very fast, place an order with them and I got it like 30 mins later. No cap

Loved the store from it was in Spanish Town. Their pasta, fried chicken and gelato is the best I've ever had. Being in Portmore now they will be seeing me more. Great customer service.

Spanish Town location was like a little oasis amid the hustle and bustle of the town. Portmore is quaint, lively and just a great place to chilling with friends or family and enjoy a gelato or sobet. Loved the bubble waffle cones...... absolutely delish.
