I had a superb time at this location. I enjoyed every minute at this location. Breakfast was good. At night time I sat and watch the shimmering lights in the city by the sea side. Lots of outside seating. Gloria's seafood restaurant is close by. I loved my stay

This hotel has evolved over the years to what it is today. It offers very cozy rooms, kept clean and is easily accessible.

Love to sit by the seaside and en joy the breeze and watch the boats anchor. Very good appetizers!

This is one of the best secluded hotels you'll find near Kinston. Only 7 minutes from the Airport! The views are breathtaking. Food is amazing! Drinks are delicious 😋. And I truly enjoyed breakfast 😋. There's a nice marine park where you can see some fantastic ocean wildlife. Boat rides are awesome 👌🏾 👏! This is a must visit if you come to Kingston and Port Royal!

LOVELY Establishment. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful . Great service from the restaurant and bar. The snapper rundown is still on my mind big up the chef.. Also very close to the airport. I will definitely recommend 👌

I've been here a handful of times for private parties. This was the first time I spent extended days with family for my mother's birthday! Beautiful location, amenities, and staff. Will definitely come back again! Glad that Port Royal has GHE...oh and I think we helped them upgrade their menu with some vegetarian options too...many thanks for that gesture for us! ✨🌊🇯🇲❤

We stayed here on our layover going and coming back from vacation. It’s close to the airport and cute. It’s not a chain hotel so I held back those expectations. The beds were comfortable enough for us. AI had a great sleep. The restaurant food is delicious. Try the jerk chicken pasta!! The bartenders were great!

Grand Hotel Excelsior Port Royal has improved. Very, very nice place and they made my birthday extra special. The ambience is beautiful and the food is scrumptious. Yes man and the food nuff too, complete value for money. Oh and the rooms are nice. Room and bed are not only big, but very comfortable.
Will definitely be going back soon.

Had to overnight recently at this Hotel to be ready for a 5am departure. The ambiance the conversations and experience was excellent.

I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend some time in conversation with a few influential persons that were passing by for the evening.

I will add that the comments about the freshness of the fish was constantly overheard throughout the evening.

Would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel. The customer service was most impressive. Our room was very neat and cleaned to perfection. I'd like to personally thank Carol (our room attendant/maid), Paul (our waiter) and of course Bernadette (who gave us nothing but excellent customer service. I'd also like to say thank you the professional Front Desk staff. We will be back sooner than you think..

The Grand Hotel Excelsior Port Royal was perfect for me to come home to after a long day of traveling. At dinner, the atmosphere had schools of fish creating ripples in the calm seawater and mountains beyond the Kingston skyline that made me gaze away and almost forget to place my meal selection. The Port Royal Fish Rundown was my choice, and I know cooking each meal from scratch will take some time, but I was willing to wait while having a cold one. I indulged myself for the week's stay and meet the friendly staff: Keshania and Ryan at the front desk, Cecil at the main gate, Mr. Brown, and Mr. Moore, to name a few. "No" was not an option when I needed something; they always had a solution. I like that! I can see work in progress, and I was impressed to see Mr. Moore's daily presence onsite to meet and greet the guests. Thank you, Grand Hotel Excelsior, for fulfilling my wishes. See you soon!

We originally booked 3 nights upon arrival from Manley Airport then added another !! So nice !! Very comfortable and quiet, our room was gorgeous, great showers and a balcony with an awesome view !! All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful !! The food was terrific, fresh omelets in the morning, fine dining evenings, good lunch fare as well. So good we came back for 2 more nights before we left, and will definitely book again !!

Absolutely lovely place, we went for food and drinks twice, fab place with lovely views. Great location for airport. Wish we stayed there!

Everything about was great. The owner was very helpful and even took my kids on a walk to show him the seahorses and starfish and other almost endangered species of fish. The food was great too. A bit expensive but they give u option to take your own food. I learned to swim there as well. The whole staff was friendly. I really love Karel. Tashima was polite too. The gm Moleech helped with setting up an area to celebrate my son's birthday. All in all it was money well spent. 10/5 recommend 👌

Simply one of my favourite places to go in Jamaica, for events or just to hang out. Great ambiance.
