New Harbour Village

I have no access in the scheme. But the houses over there are loving. Good Security office with there customers service skills.The persons that mostly live over old harbour scheme are respectful.

As a Real estate agent my clients love the properties within the community and the safety it provides. Standard builds with open concept living,A/C bedrooms and built in kitchens. Great community purpose built and well managed.

Very peaceful, quite and safe. The neighbors are extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend this complex for the single, young family, mature family and the elderly. What I would like to see would be a free shuttle bus service around the complex taking people without transport to the entrance. AND a community club house (on the premises, for the residents and with, perhaps, a nominal fee) with a gym a bar with a hall for meetings and rental for the residents, making it a bit more "community" feel. A "residents association" if you will.

It's a nice quiet community, clean and secure.

Great place to live and start a family. Quiet lots of yard space for the kids to play. The playground is beautiful and we'll kept the security at the gate is friendly and competent
