Sun Kissed Villa

Had the best stay at Sun kissed! The “staff” were the best and I look at them more like new friends and hope to see them again really soon! They all go above and beyond! The food was amazing! Big up to Amoy, Orville and Jono! Thank you for giving us a homely welcome to Jamaica🇯🇲💚

Had an amazing 2 weeks at sunkissed villa! Such a lovely spacious villa in a gorgeous location. Huge thanks to our chef Amoy, whose food was delicious!!! Orville our butler, who catered to all our needs and more. Jono for keeping the grounds and pool immaculate. Couldn't ask for better staff. Miss you all already. Hopefully see you all again for a game of dominoes. Xx

My family and I(10 people) were very unsatisfied with the stay at this villa and we wouldn't come here again. After just a short look around you can tell that the property isn't being taken care of by the staff and the owners are failing to make simple repairs.
CONS:
The meals prepared by the "chef" were disappointing to say the least. Meals were rarely served on time, it was too oily, bland or just salty, there was never enough food to properly go around for 10 people and some meal requests weren't met. The grounds keeper spent most of his time on his phone; chillin in his car. We rarely got clean beach towels or regular towels and we had to share toilet paper at one point. The grounds keeper and the "chef" were arguing very loudly one morning. Loud enough to wake my sister up. Orville was the only one trying his to make the stay enjoyable but unfortunately it wasnt enough.
The beds are hard/uncomfortable. The mattress my husband and I shared had a noticeable bulge in the middle that made it even worse. When I tried to use the shower for the first time the faucet came out of the wall and water was just shooting out. The stone shower flooring is also very uncomfortable to stand on.
The decor was basic and had noticeable defects. The kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges, the fridge was not cold enough so things spoiled faster and the freezer door would sometimes freeze shut so it would be very hard to open. There is even a pool table but the pool sticks are broken so u couldn't have a proper game and dont get me started on the condition of the pool and the obviously left behind dirty pool toys/equipment. I could go on and on but it wouldn't matter unless this property gets a proper staff and the owner starts taking care of it.
PROS:
The ocean view was beautiful and the mangos in the front are good. Markie the driver was amazing 10/10. Always ahead of schedule, there when you need him and he knows all the great spots. Most of the fun on this trip was definitely away from the villa.
