Hear me out Scotia technological services such as the mobile app, the website hell even tele Scotia are all state of the art and compete with developed countries. The over the phone service is also speedy and efficient. But there downfall starts and ends with in branch support, poor customer service mediocre line system and over all just a bad past experiences. This time however was different not because they were great just because I was extremely early.
