Tallawah Villa

This property is absolutely amazing! Chef Chris and Annette were phenomenal. My group didn't have meals every day but realized we should have reserved every day since the food was so good. The view is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The owner's suite has breathtaking views right over the infiniti pool. The entire property is immaculate. Our entire stay was just wonderful. I will definitely plan to come back.

This week at Tallawah was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, clean house and the staff there make your vacation. Courine, Annette and Chef Chris are fabulous chefs who make each meal with care and they are simply delicious. From the time we entered, all made us feel at home a d comfortable. Roy was very kind and patient helping with our kayaking needs, among other questions and just very helpful and kind. I would stay here again and again and again. Thank you so much to you all for being top notch caring and professional people. We WILL be back to see you all. The owners are very lucky to have you! If you ever want to move to Ohio, just call me 😁❤

I came here for a 30th birthday with a group of friends. Let’s start with the incredible house. It is oceanfront (with access to a small beach) with a pool and large seating area. The bedrooms are spacious and many have bathrooms. The room with multiple beds goes on and on and is really fun to explore. The house is cleaned daily and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here, and the staff made it so enjoyable. I can’t say enough about the women and men who work there - from when you wake up until late at night. They will cook for you and set up a gorgeous table and the food is so delicious. It changes everyday and I never had a bad meal. Shoutout to Chef Chris, Roy, Carine and the rest of the staff there. Not only is the staff extremely hospitable and hardworking, they are really friendly and nice to be around and we had fun getting to know them. We had a great time staying here and I highly recommend booking this house if you plan on visiting Jamaica. The location is a little remote, but well worth it. Thank you for hosting us!

Spent the most glorious 5 days from October 5-10, 2021at this beautiful home with the most caring Staff:
Annette, Chris, Chantal, Trudy, Belvitz and Roy .
The house is immaculately maintained and even had a handicapped accessible Bathroom. Their Covid Protocol includes wiping down your suitcase before it is taken to your room!!! Constant attention by
Roy and Belvitz to the outdoor areas . The food prepared was first rate. Really would need a whole separate review on Annette's and Chris..the chef's cooking.The staff never gets in your way, but whatever you want they make it available. The only thing you need to do is to lift your knife and fork.

It was my daughter's choice for her 50th birthday and all 9 of us loved it so much we plan to go back next year. Can't wait.
The place is filled with love and a Zen like quality . The owner is obviously a nuturing and caring person.

Best family vacation ever! This house is amazing, but more importantly the staff really made this special. We had 5 families with children, plus 3 additional adults and they handled it all with ease. From Una and Scottie making fab dishes to Richie attending to our every need. They were amazing! Roy took the time to take our children on endless kayak trips, and I don’t even know how the ladies kept up with the houseful of guest. But they did, everything spotless and laundry for a houseful with such kindness shown to our children.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay and warm, kind, professional people to take care of you...this is the place to be! We’ll be back, mon!

This villa and beach location was amazingly unreal! I wish I could live here forever. The house was extremely comfortable and the views/beach access was unmatched. The staff really made the experience. Caurine, Roy, Chris and the others (that I, unforunately, forgot their names) were kind, helpful, made delicious food, and were so much fun! I would recommend this place to anyone.

This Villa is amazing. I have had the pleasure of visiting Tallawah twice and I cannot wait to come back again. The view is amazing and the beach is very private. The house is in perfect condition and the infinity pool is large enough for a houseful to enjoy. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. Thank you Richard, Scotty, Una, Annette, Caurine and Roy. You are part of what makes this very special. My children said this was the best vacation ever!

Tallawah was amazing! The space is beautiful and comfortable and the on-site staff is amazing. They were so talented and friendly and made our stay so much more fun. 10/10 would recommend!

We spent 5 days at Tallawah Villa, Silver Sands, in Duncan, Jamaica.
When we arrived at Tallawah Villa, the staff greeted us with smiles,
and the house was clean and fresh. Immediately, they served us
refreshments, and inquired about what we wanted for dinner.
The meals that they prepared for us were tasty and healthy. We were
treated like royalty for the entirety of our stay.
We plan to stay at Tallawah Villa again next summer.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was so nice and the staff was awesome, catered to our every need. It was very hard for me to have them wait on us like that.

I can't imagine a better place to enjoy such a beautiful country. The abundance of bedrooms to accommodate any group of ppl including children, coupled w/ the grandiose master BR & common room leading out to the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous, turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean make Tallawah the ideal destination for relaxation & luxury vacation. The sights are postcard worthy & the staff go above & beyond to make sure your stay is one you'll never forget! The chef prepares the best meals you could ask for w/ feasts fit for Kings & their families. The houseman Ritchard is also the best host you could ask for while enjoying your stay in Jamaica. If you're looking for a luxurious vacation done the right way guaranteed to give you your money's worth, look no further...Tallawah Villa, the service & amenities that come along w/ it are IT. Everyone who stays here throughly enjoys their time and we will recommend this place to anyone who travels in the area.

The reviews don't do Tallawah justice. Absolutely Amazing!

Like others have said, it's the staff here that really make it such an amazing stay. I can't rave enough about Caurine, Shari, Roy, Leroy, and Chefs Chris and Annette. All of them are absolutely wonderful people, and they work so hard to make sure you have the best possible visit. Tallawah wouldn't be the same without them. I've stayed in 5-Star all inclusive beachfront resorts that don't have the same quality of service; truly the staff at Tallawah is something special.

The villa itself is spacious and well appointed, with absolutely stunning views from the common areas and the master bedroom. High powered AC, comfortable beds, and a plethora of power outlets in every bedroom. The bathrooms are all very spacious, well lit, super clean, and have plenty of counter space. To be fair, everything is super clean. If you need to use the kitchen, you'll find it as well equipped as the rest of the house; but seriously, just book one of the chefs for every meal and leave the kitchen to them.

On the subject of cleanliness, in the interest of full disclosure, I saw a 3 insects in my bedroom one night, but there's only so much that's possible considering the local ecology. I never saw insects in my bathroom, nor did I see any in the kitchen or pantry. Most bedrooms have access to a balcony, and it's likely what I saw flew in the door with me. The staff are cleaning everything basically non stop, it's legitimately astonishing how clean they keep the place.

Next to the staff, the best part of the villa has got to be the back patio/pool area. Reclining deck loungers in the sun on both sides of the infinity pool, and a covered dining area that can comfortably seat at least 10 people; all directly overlooking the Caribbean Sea just steps away from the beach. My group spent most of our time right here.

One amenity that deserves a special mention is the generator. From what I gathered from the locals, power outages are a common occurrence in the area, but Tallawah has it's own generator that produces enough power to run everything, without issue.

Look, if you've read this review to this point, and you're considering staying here, stop thinking and book it.

Amazing. From the awesome staff to the view and everything in between. Our vacation was full of kids and adults and the house was perfect for us.

Wow! What an AMAZING place! We loved our time at Tallawah! We had 8 Adults and 5 kids staying here. The dorms were great for the kids. Pool is not super deep, so we felt comfortable with kids in the pool. The staff is unbelievable! We bearly lifted a finger the whole time. Una is so great getting all your groceries ordered, making breakfast and dessert for you that night, and treats during the day (YUM!)! The night chef, Scottie, makes delicious food! Highly recommend asking him to make Chicken Fricasse, Mashed Potatoes, Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, Escovitch Fish (our favorite dish!) and of course Jerk Chicken with Peas and Rice! Corinne is such a hard worker - cleaning the house in the morning, doing laundry, setting the breakfast table. She really makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Annette always got the dining table beautifully ready for dinner. Belvin & Roy were always making sure the pool area was nice and any water activities we wanted to do were ready to go. The beach is a very short walk away from the house, we enjoyed many days in the beautiful warm water. Thanks for having us! We absolutely loved everything about Tallawah ❤
