Ocean Coral Spring

Ocean coral spring was fantastic! went here on a couples trip and everything was beyond what i thought it would be. the food was great at all places and there were plenty of options. privilege was the way to go. options all the time and the service workers were amazing and so helpful. private beach and pool area were great and ensured we got a spot everyday. shane at the buffet was amazing and so kind. would definitely recommend!

Chef Carin is the best!!! Such a great hotel. From the food, to the pool, to the ocean view. They also have a bowling alley. We had a wonderful stay.
Highly recommend for families!

Wayne the chain is super friendly and made our beach visit a great one!

We also had an absolutely incredible dining experience at the steakhouse. The food was phenomenal and our server Micheal was so so wonderful. He even gave us a Valentine’s Day song, which stopped the whole restaurant in their tracks. What a special experience!!

Tracey Ann and Kelsey Ann made our trips Martha’s Market fantastic. So sweet and helpful!

Jermaine, Lydia and Andre from the Japanese restaurant were wonderful. What a fun experience from beginning to end.

Rocquel at the Italian restaurant was very friendly and helpful while taking our orders and quick to return with anything we needed.

A great experience for our family. The grounds are kept very clean and the rooms are spatious. We loved having Shane as our server at the Market Place in the mornings. The only challenge was with room service and the evening restaurants. Room service could take up to 2 hours to receive. And the evening restaurants seemed understaffed. Otherwise a great location for families.

Shane at Martha's market was very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner there several times this week. The variety and quality of the food was on par or better than the alacarte places .

Chef Carine
I came here with my husband and Chef Carine took care of us. She made a delicious vegetable omelette and brought it to the table. It was beautiful with all the different color vegetables and the flavor was amazing. It was hot and fresh most importantly she has a great attitude and a friendly smile. I recommend when you come in to eat ask for Chef Carine.

We had a great experience at this resort. The pools were great, the food and restaurants were great, and the service was awesome. All the workers were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were family. The hotel and grounds were clean. Only complaint would be the beach isn't very good. Small area and very shallow but there were plenty of chairs around the pool and at the beach to sit and enjoy the sun.

Ms. Shane is the sweetest at Martha’s Market! Her voice and smile are gorgeous!!! The food delicious!! Best Curry Goat I ever had! Highly recommend!

This review is specifically for the Sugar Cane restaurant. We along with many other guests love the authentic Jamaican food served here. The oxtail is fantastic. Service is speedy, efficient and with genuine good will and kindness. One of our favorites! Aciem, Stacey and Kerri Ann are the best. Highly recommended.

Sakura in Ocean Eden Bay hosted a party of 6 celebrating my friends birthday. We had reservations, although we sat outside under gazebo for about 30 minutes waiting after got inside Torey and Melonie were amazing. They had great customer service and the food was delicious! This restaurant always had long wait lines and was ALWAYS booked. I now see why. I would definitely refer them to everyone. It was great.

Had a great time at ocean Coral Springs! Lots of great Sun, sand, surf on the beach! Was able to get chairs waking up by 9am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of fun activities at night. Wayne is off the chain, very fun and helpful!

Crystal from the OCS POOL and Nicolas the chef from Red Snapper restaurant was excellent! They provided excellent services to our whole family while we sit at the pool. I would recommend them to everyone and I would love to visit again!

Everything was very good. The service, the people and the location. I think they could have used a little more room fresheners in the rooms though. I personally would have probably would have rather smelled more bleach or flower scent. The food was very good. The service was very friendly and did see to our needs as quick as possible. I would definitely return.

My stay at the Ocean Coral Springs/ Ocean Eden Bay was great! The two properties are right next to each other and accessible. You must upgrade to enter into the adult side on Ocean Eden Bay. The rooms are phenomenal. They are updated and roomy . The bed very comfortable…it’s firm (BUT NOT HARD). We had a swim out room. The air conditioner works very well! We had to turn it down and turn on the ceiling fan to keep from getting too cold. There’s a lot of activities to do on site. They have nightly theater shows at 9:30 PM. They have a bowling alley, a sports bar, with pool tables, and the lazy river. Oh, and I forgot they have a waterpark with slides for the children. I have not had a bad experience with the food. All of the food was seasoned and tasty.
All of the staff was nice, smiling, and willing to accommodate. Route 66 restaurant Charmaine and Tevin were the greatest! I love this resort because it’s not small but it’s not too big either. Everything is within walking distance. The pools and the grounds are beautiful! You see the attendants working daily. The pool activities and entertainment are nice. I love the dancing and music daily. If I can change anything, it would be the beach on the family side. It’s a bit rocky and it only comes up to your waist. On the adult side which is the Ocean Eden Bay beach…. The water is much higher and that’s the better beach. Rocks but they are doable just wear your sea shoes. I would come back in the future! Thanks for such a wonderful day!

Had an amazing time at the resort! The staff were incredible and treated us like family, especially Pooh Bear, Wayne, Trish, and Paris. They created great conversation and got us involved in the dancing and pool parties. The rooms were also great!

Ricardo Anderson of room service delivered our amazing meal tonight. His service and his personality were on point. He was very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend his service and Oceans. Thank you for helping make our evening special 💕

Had the best experience at Ocean Coral. Everyone was very genuine, hard working and delivered excellent customer service. Special shout out to Tylon at Lobby Bar && Fidel at the Italian restaurant. They both were beyond expectations, really appreciate their efforts. Ocean coral is very clean, organized and full of entertainment. Loved the entire stay. Will definitely come back.

Route 66 Restaurant had outstanding waiter named Fitzroy. He was attentive, informative and helpful. The Hostess Breanna was also excellent. Even stopped by our table after our meal to see how their service was that evening. All of that makes for excellent service for a resort. Worth mentioning!!

One of, if not, the best vacation I've ever had the luxury to go on. My family and I came to attend a wedding, and to relax for the following week. And the staff and locals delivered in spades.
The food was amazing to look at, and even better in taste. Though the portion sizes were a bit on the small size, I attribute that to the fact that I'm used to larger sizes back home. Not that I'm complaining, it left me hungry enough to try everything they had to offer.

My best advice to get the most out of your trip? Do a little bit of research on Jamaican culture. Many times I've found myself having an amazing service as long as I smiled and asked the server/bartender/ect how their day has been going.
