Exceptional service! Courteous, accommodating, friendly staff who clarified everything and simply just provided exceptional service. I hate choosing frames but the support in that regard was awesome! I'd definitely recommend their services.

For more than two decades, Dr. Aron Wohl has been my eye doctor, and as a result, I have been a patient of Eye Q Optical. Excellent service, state-of-the-art equipment, and reasonably priced trendy frames are what keep me coming back to Eye Q Optical. You can count on them to accommodate your budget, no matter how small.

From the optometrists to the frame stylists, everyone on staff is highly trained and an expert in their field. In addition, they have a unique talent for establishing wonderful working relationships with each and every client; relationships that take into account the client's health background and any underlying issues that may increase the client's susceptibility to vision loss. For this reason, I have and will continue to recommend Eye Q Optical to my closest friends, family, and business contacts.

First off this is done right the best customer service me and my wife have had since we have been purchasing prescription lenses and frames.
We did not know exactly what to expect as we were worried due to the fact that there was a surge in the Covid 19 virus and we wanted to be extra cautious about trying on any lens that may not have been sanitized.
The stores requires wearing a mask upon entry after which our temperatures were checked and our hands sanitized. We were then greeted by a lovely smiling attendant who then introduced us to our agent Kirk.
For us it was smooth sailing from there as he recommended different frames that were in our budget and after each trial the frames are placed aside for sanitization. This is a simple but effective method as we were never allowed to take down or touch any frames on display which helps them to track frames that needs to be sanitized.
Overall the entire staff was amazing. This experience does not compare to the others such as court imperial optical broadbent. I am happy I followed the recommendations here on Google as the positive reviews were exactly our experience.
Big up again to the Manor park branch and we are sure to patronize your branch in the near future.

When you talk about fantastic customer service your talking about Eye Q, you are required to be punctual which makes the experience better because know you wont have a long wait. The staff is so welcoming. Training for any type of Eyewear is amazing, even a baby could do it. I felt as if I belong there, I appreciate your hospitality. The staff deserve a raise, I'm so pleased. I recommend iQ, the testing of your eyes are exceptional and marvelous customer service.

Five Stars all the way!! I truly appreciated the customer service and assistance from Kirk. I can remember speaking to him over the phone and he patiently took the time and walked me through my options. When I visited the Manor Park location and requested to speak to him, the front desk representative was very pleasant and guided me accordingly. I even had to revisit the office to drop off some documents and unfortunately, I arrived after closing hours. But to my surprise Kirk and his team assisted me and I never felt as if I was a bother to anyone. When my glasses were ready for collection, I got an email update (as promised). When I didn't respond to the email I got a second notification via phone call. Upon picking up the glasses, I was advised to test them, I received a complimentary gift and I got a 2- minute session regarding general information/caring for the prescription glasses. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Eye Q Optical -Manor Park.

Knowledgeable and very professional staff. Patient and very helpful. Wide variety of frames. Appts can also be made to see Doctors right there in the office. Have already recommend to my family and friends.

Over many years I have been impressed with Eye-Q’s excellent service and quality glasses. Eye-Q has also demonstrated a willingness to assist when, for example, my frames were broken by my puppy and I needed a quick fix!
