Ristorante Aurora

My wife and I had dinner here last night. What a great surprise. We were planning on going to a different restaurant, but it was closed. So we ended up here, at a beautiful table for two overlooking the ocean.

The service was top notch. And the pastas were delicious.

PS. It's a fun moped ride from the rest of Lipari. Just be mindful of the switchbacks. Have clear lenses? Bring them. There was a dust storm on our return trip that was challenging.

Very nice place with friendly staff right at the sea. You can sit 1m from the sea, enjoy an aperitiv and some tasty "apricena". Also food for lunch is quite good and in the normal (high) price range. A good place to stop by when driving around with a scooter. The only improvement would be a shower when coming out of the sea.

Delicious food in amazing place.
That was one of the best tuna I had on Sicily.
Caponata was also delicious - a bit different from the regular Sicilian but still very tasty.
The place was not crowded and they can serve meals to your sunbed 😄

I might be the soothing sounds of the ocean hitting the rocks, as you are sitting on the beach while you eat, but this place really is excellent. We had the seafood dishes, and it was very delicious. Menu and winecard was very fine, and the desserts just gave us the perfect send off from this great place.

I enjoyed a late lunch with a view at this charming seaside restaurant. Fantastic service!

We stopped here spontaneously to relax on the beach (really comfy sun loungers) and then have a light lunch. We had a selection of antipasti to share - octopus and caponata- and both were delicious. Attentive and friendly service too. Thank you

We were hungry and was late for luch, early for dinner and we passed through and saw it was open. Kitchen was closed but they brought us some aperitivo. Service was impecable, the waiters and owner did their best to make us confortable. They changed my ashtray a 100 times, almost every time I finished my cigarrete.

Amazing food and a lovely quiet beach. the hosts were amazing and opened the kitchen early just for us as we had to make it back to our cruise boat. We'll come again one day!

Lovely place on Aquacalda beachfront with a restaurant over part of the beach. You can hire umbrellas and sun loungers, although there are not lots so go early or book. Staff are an absolute treat and food is great.

Gradevole ristorante in riva al mare quasi sulla spiaggia.
La cucina è di ottima qualità e rispetta attentamente la tradizione siciliana eoliana in particolare la caponata. Il pesce è molto fresco e ben cucinato anche alla griglia.
I prezzi medio alti ma in linea con la tendenza dell’isola…

Disponibilità, cortesia, professionalità e ottima cucina, aggiungi un panorama eccezionale col sole che si nasconde dietro l'isola di Salina. Consigliatissimo. P. S. Gustate la pesca marinata alla malvasia. Una delizia!!!
