They found the problem with my Pearson bike after it had defeated two shops in France. The bearing was replaced quickly and cheaply and everything is perfect. Great service, fabulous stock, and very good English.

No doubt the best bike shop in Como, or perhaps in Italy! Roberto and Marcello are super friendly and helpful, they really know what they are doing!

I came here for bike rental, they served the brand new Pinarello - beautifully maintained! The mechanics is extremely smooth, and even the finishing kit are amazingly taken care of. E.g., the bar tape, the angle of the quick release, the protection sticker on the chain stay, I can name more! With this bike I had three days unforgettable bike tour around Lake Como. Grazie!

Really recommended!!! Great place! Perfect assistance and advisory!! We rent 2 road bikes and they were perfectly prepared and equipped. We received also some advises before our trip. Team and staff extremely friendly and helpful! :) Really enjoyed it and we strongly recommend this place. And we hope to see them soon again!!!

Best Pinarello shop in Lake Como region! My F8 seat post started acting up at the start of our cycling holiday. My husband & I are bike shop junkies and Cicli Ferca was one of the best we have visited - especially if you are interested in buying or servicing a Pinarello. No seat issues on the next day’s 100 mile ride around Lake Como. Thank you!

I rented an amazing Pinarello full carbon bike with Ultegra gruppo for only 50 euros!
I arrived 5 minutes after they had closed for lunch time but they let me in, took the time to suggest me a bike and adjusted it until I was 100% satisfied. They bike (rented) was extremely clean, like a brand new bike, and all the speeds worked to perfection.
I highly suggest coming to Cicli Ferca for an amazing and dependable bike.

Advice for people who are not big climbers and want to have relaxing ride - take the e-bike, it is perfect for this region!

Needed a new helmet after a crash. Staff speaks English, is friendly and helpful, and gave good advice. The store is filled with everything you could need (clothes, accessories and bike maintenance). Perfect address to have nearby during a bike holiday in Como.

Very good quality services.
The staff is very polite and professional.
They are the only ones that I found in Como to rent the bike overnight.
They explained to us all the details of the rental contract. The bike was professional, flawless and they even allowed us to return the bike even if it was closing time.
Totally recommend them.

Fantastic experience. Roberto and his team really did go out of their way to make sure I got my dream bike, despite the tough situation with the current component shortage. All my questions were answered quickly and competently. Once you enter the store you immediately feel the passion for beautiful Italian bikes that the team is living. I also did the bike fit and now have the perfect position on my bike so even on longer rides I don’t feel any pain in my knees, back or neck area. This makes me enjoy cycling even more. I highly recommend the shop and would definitely come again.

I rented a Pinarello bike for the day. A great bike which was perfectly set up to my measurements so I could go and enjoy the ride. The staff are incredibly friendly and even gave me a coffee when I dropped the bike back - perfect! When I’m next in Como I will definitely visit again.

Be warned that the shop is full of amazing bikes that you will want to buy!

Bike was perfectly set up and good condition / quality. The staff were very friendly & efficient,even going so far as to recommend local rides. Collecting the bike and sorting the documentation was easy. Good central location. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

I give my 5 stars for service provided in this shop. I was on tour and needed quickly get breaks of my bicycle repaired. It took only 30 minutes to get it perfectly done. The breaks worked perfectly during rest of my tour. Price for service work was quite low. Thanks a lot again.

I rented a Pinarello from Cicli Ferca for il Lombardia Granfondo. The whole process was easy, from reservation and measures to pickup and drop-off. I had reserved a specific size I thought I wanted but based on my measurements, Cicli Ferca got me a size smaller - perfectly set up to my size. Grazie mille!

Great shop. Great bikes. Great people. Great service. I rented a Pinarello Dogma F10 and Marcello set it up perfect for me and shared insights on local routes and great conversation on cycling in general. You will not be disappointed with Cicli Ferca. Now I just need to buy a Pinarello. :-O

My bike was broken during flight to Italy. I had to find a bike to rent very quickly. Roberto and Marcelo supplied me with a very good pinarello to use during my cycle trip. Both Roberto and Marcelo are gentlemen, very helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Best shop in Como, helpful staff and plenty to choose from. I needed a certain size spokes during my travels, quite a difficult one, and they had it. Price was good too! Real cyclists shop! @goatspeedcycledreams
