Hilton Lake Como

I attended a business event and received a tour of the facilities. I was very impressed with the spaciousness of all the public areas and rooms. The modern building design is a refreshing change from all the historic buildings and hotels in the area. I particularly enjoyed the covered lounge area with ample natural light, allowing guests to enjoy the hotel regardless of the weather. A standout feature is the rooftop bar with stunning views day and night and plenty of space, perfect for hosting an event. There are meeting rooms available as well. The suite on the top level boasts a private jacuzzi and a small pool with a large open patio. It should definitely be considered for any MICE program. The staff was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly.
A lovely 20 minute walk will take you to the main attractions in Como.

An outstanding hotel for a cozy retreat, especially on rainy days. Exceptional service, impeccably clean rooms and common areas, and a delightful breakfast featuring an à la carte menu with vegan options! I enjoyed the most restful sleep I've had in weeks. The room's thick door ensures a quiet environment, with excellent soundproofing throughout the hotel. I also appreciated the wardrobe's sleek design, complete with lights that illuminate when you open its doors.
The location allows for easy access to Lake Como, just across the street, within a very short walking distance.

Rooms are very nice, with nice amenities and the view from the roof top suite it’s really nice!

We were unable to stay in this hotel due to a personal emergency. Paolo in the Reservations team was absolutely brilliant and showed full understanding. Will definitely stay here when we eventually make the trip!

The Hilton Lake Como location offers prime lake Como views. At reception, the staff was kind and accommodating, welcoming Hilton Diamond members with a glass of Prosecco. You can enjoy a heated infinity pool with stunning lake views, a funcional gym, and spa services that include aquatherapy pool, steam bath, sauna for an affordable fee, or extravagantly priced massage and aesthetic services.
Beds are comfortable and room was clean. We experienced two of the queen rooms, one with lake view and another city view from which you could luckily appreciate the lake, too.
Breakfast is savory and includes buffet or a la carte choices. The coffee could be improved on.
Location, the hotel is a 20 minutes walk from the train station and ferry port. A bus stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel.
Terraza is there bar and lounge. The chef's menu is a delicious choice that allows you to taste a variety of dishes including, beef tartare, lobster spaghetti, and steak.

This is nice property with fantastic amenities. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the amenities as they were limited and fully booked.

We bummed that we had to pay €26 daily for parking when this normally comes with room in many high end hotels. It can add up.

It’s a beautiful special property. Pretty big. They staff and service is the best out of all.

The best Hilton stay we've ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond, was very accommodating and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located, with just a short walk to Como city centre. Their spa is just wonderful, cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The Hilton Lake Como was a great experience. The hotel is located about 20 minute walk from town, and the hotel itself and grounds were beautiful. Spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with views of como, and great service. We were greeted by reception and they were gracious to check us in early which made our day's plans a lot easier. The rooms were spacious, with a large bathroom and tub and they were kind enough to upgrade us as well. The only negative experience we had was when we were trying to go back to the train station with our luggage, they provided us with a driver than cost 3x the regular fare to town. We were in a time crunch so we took the offer however it felt as though we were being upcharged a little too much for an 8 minute ride (30 euro+). We're glad we stayed here and it was one of the best Hilton's I've stayed at. Thank you!

Fab location, great design with a boutique feel not like a standard downtown Hilton. Service was great, food and drink very good if a little pricey. The infinity pool and the view over the lake is the icing on the cake.

What a beautiful hotel! Amazing hospitality, unbeatable views over the lake, fantastic rooms and great breakfast! The heated rooftop pool is a gem.

Rooms are very clean, the service was excellent and location is good if you have car, but not if you are planning to walk to the city.

Fast Check-in/out, friendly and supportive staff, great and fresh (like new) interior.

Our room (Family Deluxe King Room) for 2+2 was great: very comfortable master bed + good enough sofa for kids. Floor-to-ceiling windows (can be opened). Bathroom included both, full-size bath and the shower, bidet, towels, bathrobes etc.

Hotel is quite, with calm and respectable guests. Very good breakfast (at least we found everything we need) + there is a possibility to order from the A-La-Carte menu.

We stayed the Hilton Lake Como on 28th September for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooftop pool overlooking the lake is stunning and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast buffet is also incredible and we were very impressed!

The hotel pool and restaurant have incredible views of the lake. As we used the pool on hot days or ate at Terrazza, the views were amazing. The pool was great and so was the food / beverage service. The Terrazza had great food and service. The hotel rooms were new, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast every morning was great. The service from the staff at every level was top notch. One the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Obviously top notch amenities. Gym had everything I wanted except a squat rack-equipment was very clean well maintained and high end. Extra amenities such as down pillows that included 2 soft & 2 medium to cover their bases which was so lovely since I have a sensitive neck. House keeping here gets 10 stars, they cleaned my room twice everyday (morning and in the evening) and folded my clothes that were scattered everywhere. And each time I took a bottle of water from the room it was replaced by the evening. Felt like things magically appeared and organized themselves which is sort of a dream

We have stayed here more than 10 times/30 nights in total and we still feel amazed in our every visit.

Such an amazing hotel, the staff were amazing and super friendly and attentive - this alone would make me want to come again. However the pool is stunning and with an amazing view of the lake - we had the best time! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay great. The hotel is also located super close to the train station for easy access and we were able to walk into town and to the lake super easily. I cannot wait to come back here again!
