Hotel Oliva

Hotel Oliva is fantastic. Staff are amazing. Friendly and very helpful. They really make you feel at home. Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect, especially if you work on Aviano AB or surrounding area.

It was just amazing. The entire staff was amazing, beautiful, and very professional. They were very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations on where to eat and shop.

They have a fantastic breakfast bar! There are rooms with a small kitchenette if you wish to cook for yourself or if you suffer from food allergies.
Walking distance to the weekly market (Tuesday is market day in Aviano) Be sure to watch which stalls the locals are at, if you want the best buy for your Euros...a little pricier but better quality, no matter what you are looking for: food, fresh flowers, fruits or vegetables...don't be shy to purchase shoes or clothes just watch the locals they know the best shops!

What a lovely place! The rooms are great, bed is comfy, and the Air Conditioner works. I have a cute balcony, and great shower with adequate water pressure. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is a great spread with lots of options as well as coffee available through out the day. This has been a wonderful place to stay and would stay again!

Hotel Oliva is right in the middle of Aviano. When we showed up the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. There is plenty of free parking behind the hotel as well. The room was clean and spacious for a Hotel suite. It included a mini fridge, TV, stove top, convection microwave, and work place. After a long day traveling to get there, all I wanted was a smooth process getting to my room, which was what my wife and I received. I was very pleased upon arrival, and the experience only got better. The next morning we got up early to go to the Continental Breakfast (advertised as an American Breakfast) and was blown away. Never have I seen such an amazing offering at an American hotel. There were fresh eggs, bacon, and potatoes; a coffee bar; fresh cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple, and figs; fresh baked breads with salami, ham, and cheeses (See photos). This was by far the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen. It was an amazing surprise which really helped kick off our first Morning in Aviano the right way.

It was a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast was great and they have an awesome coffee maker. There are snacks and drinks available all day for no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing professional customer service! Clean spacious room. Lots of parking. Thank you Hotel Oliva for everything during our stay. Even close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We thought we had a room on base but they didn’t take dogs. So we called around and Hotel Oliva had a room and they would take our dog! The service was amazing from the front desk to house cleaning…..everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even took our dog on walks when we were gone for an extended time. I would highly recommend staying here!

Hotel Oliva was amazing. The hotel rooms are very clean and big. The staff is incredibly nice. There is a lovely restaurant right next door and many others close by. The views of the mountains around the building are incredible.

I stayed here for 10 nights and it is worth it, you cant beat the price. This place is well maintained, it was a luxury to stay in one of the room with a kitchen. The staff upfront were so helpful and friendly. The free breakfast were also good and I did like the fact that the coffee machine is accessible 24/7 for free, you can do your laundry in there but I just take them on base. You can also change your room temperature compare to a centralized system. Rooms are modern in design, comes with fridge. Parking on the back side and also front, walking distance to aviano center, conad market and couple eatery establishment. There is a bar downstairs and a restaurant, overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

A really fine hotel for a few days (golf) vacation in Aviano. Beautiful and well maintained rooms, great breakfast buffet, super nice service, bar operation 24h. And all that for a fair price!

Silvia and Massimo rock! They both were amazing at helping this non Italian speaker interpret how and where to get COVID testing to get back home! When quarantined they brought breakfast boxes and coffee all the while being friendly and pleasant! Would love to go back and spend more time there! The room was large and had a beautiful view! The mattress was soft but not too soft. Really enjoyed my stay there!!!

Stayed here for 30 days upon arrival to Aviano to start new job here. Great place to be staying for so long. Close to base and town. Amazing staff who speak good English also. Very kind people work here. The bar is great, the patio is good, the workout room is very small and limiting but still clean and well kept. Rooms are clean and modern. Small fridge only gripe. Microwave on all floors. Nice big wall TV in room. Lounge area on ground floor very open and cozy. Great spot to chill and read or study or watch TV on the bigger flat screen HD TV they have there. Laundry room onsite and a back patio grill you can use. I did many times and loved it! The breakfast is included each morning with your stay and it's big! Lots of good food options plus drinks to choose from.

From arrving at this hotel the staff have been wonderful, they are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent - probably the best we have had in a hotel for a long time. There is a good atmosphere in the bar with both locals and American service personel from the nearby airbase.

Recently redone (it seemed) the decor, service and location are good. The mattress is typical of European style ( queen/king are 2 beds pushed together and very firm) . The shower is one of the better I've found in Italy. Breakfast is great.

Such a wonderful hotel. The breakfast every morning is constantly the best way to start a day. The breakfast is filled with eggs, bacon, beans, potatoes, danishes, fruits, espresso, yogurt, cheese, and specialty meats. The staff is always there to help and greet you with a smile. It was a wonderful experience getting to know the staff here. There is also a bar inside with reasonable prices. There is a restaurant with amazing pizza right next door, and delicious gelato right across the street. This is a must stay when visiting Aviano.

I've stayed at Hotel Olivia on at least four visits to the area and the Air Force Base. The hotel staff are very professional and very friendly and the accommodations are excellent. You feel like you are at home when you stay here. New Risto by Mario, located next door, has great Italian food. This is an EXCELLENT hotel!!!

Stayed here while TDY. Breakfast food was so amazing and fresh. The staff were so nice and helpful. They allowed my family to bring our dog. Only recommendation is an area where we could take dogs rather than walking a few blocks to the nearest area to relieve him.

As always, Hotel Oliva is great rooms, excellent service. And close to nearby food, bars, and beautiful mountains.
