I am very glad I contacted them. The quotation was a little late but the order arrived unexpectedly quick to Romania( one week) and everybody was very nice giving me all the infos I needed. The price is the best I got also for Marazzi and Italgraniti. Overall, I recommend them!

We have been shopping around in UK for the right floor tiles but being really picky we couldn't find anything we like in the 120cm x 120cm format. We came across Casa39 and they are fantastic, they have all the top brand Italian tiles and they are the best in the world. Cristina Fumarola the sales manager has been fantastic in communicating, answering queries and follow things up including shipping. Casa39 has robust process and really gives you confidence. We had some issues with the courier company saying our drive was too narrow which it wasn't and Cristina and team worked hard in resolving the issues in a timely manner. We finally got the tiles we wanted and they look fantastic even sitting inside the packaging. Thank you Cristina for your support throughout the process. You've made importing 2.4 tons of tiles from Italy to UK a relaxing process. I will be coming back for more Casa39.

Ordered 110sqm of Marazzi tiles to deliver in London. Everything arrived in good conditions (just few tiles broken). Great packaging. Amazing email and phone support. Really good company to deal with.
It arrived a little bit later than expected, but considering the amount of tiles and the fact that they arrived all in one piece after ~1500 miles (~2500km) I think is reasonable.

Excellent service at astonishing prices! There is a lot of the best tiles to choose from and Stefano and Marco have been very helpful.
