Idea Hotel Milano San Siro

Stayed here with friends while we went to the football game! It is located very close to the stadium so it worked great for us. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The highlight was the delicious food offered, which exceeded our expectations.

I have been to this hotel before. This year we went on a family tour of Italy, otherwise we come from Croatia. I suggested this hotel as an ideal place to spend the night. My opinion is that the hotel is very nice, wonderful rooms. The breakfast is excellent, a large selection, especially desserts. In some other hotels, the breakfast is not as rich as here, and there is also fruit, which is commendable. The service is commendable. Maybe the only downside is that the hotel is not close to the center and if you don't have a car it's a bit more complicated. We were by car, so everything is okay for us. If we go on a tour of Italy again, we will definitely come to this hotel again.

The staff was really friendly. An overall amazing experience. If you are considered because of the location, it is located nearby a metro station thats only 10 minutes away from the city center. And you have a free shuttle bus to get you to the metros. You can avoid taxis 100%, which are really expensive in Milan. So dont consider it. Just book your room now!

The staff were so friendly and lovely (Marco, Grazzi!) our room was very spacious and clean, great shower and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place near the airport (they have a €5 shuttle bus every 30 mins which is fantastic as taxis are not cheap!) overall, a lovely stay!

Great price for the area. Although it is a little away from the main attractions, you will have to take a few modes of transportation to get to the city center, we didn’t mind because we were able to see the city. The entire check in process was great. The woman at the check in desk was nice and helpful, and all of the people who work at the hotel were helpful. They helped us call a taxi at 5am to get to the train and even when we made a mistake, they helped us figure it out. Breakfast was served to us because of covid, but you simply tell them or point to what you want and they will get it for you. They rooms were cleaned (very clean) EVERY day and they gave us new soaps, towels, toiletries each day. The surrounding area is very industrial, but we felt safe and even walked to get gelato and to a supermarket. Overall, we had a very good stay at Idea and would return next time we visit.

incredible hotel, facilities were so clean, staff were incredibly helpful. it is super easy to access the city centre from the hotel, it only takes about 15 minutes. 10/10 hotel, definitely recommend to anyone (plz help they have my family)

Been there in hotel. Like service, pleasant staff, feels like my new friends. Like that in hotel silence. Minimalist interior so nice and thats what need. Breakfast pleased with a variety of dishes for every taste. Yeah so far away hotel but if you don't have car nearby at hotel bus station. Good luck

Good hotel to stay only one thing it is very far from city center but very easy to approach city through bus and Metro if you are traveling liver or you are a tourist then really nice place to stay and one thing more in Milan matro is very economical

Pretty good place to stay if you visit Milan by driving. There was a metro station 10 mins drive from hotel. It had a big underground parking for only 1.5 euro per day. The room is clean and neat. It had everything I need.

Good place to stay, near to San Siro stadium 🏟. For commute via public transport you can use bus which is lower in frequency. Food quality was awesome. We enjoyed stay at hotel.

A very wonderful hotel and your employees are very nice

When in Milan I choose this hotel as he has a very convenient location, large parking lot. Hotel is clean, large rooms, friendly staff but need some maintenance and some carpet and furniture renewal.

Rooms are very good and clean. Room service not available. Location too is very much out of city. No easy public transport connectivity.

Great place with a nice design, situated far from city mess. I definitely recommend to stay there with your girlfriend. Ideal if you have a car but even if it's not the case, the hotel will provide with a shuttle to get to the metro.

Their service is marvelous, their staff is punctual, food is tasty. The only issue is their location, too far from the city, visitors definitely require to arrange a vehicle.

Good sized spacious room and double bed, air conditioning set to perfect temperature. Great sized bathroom (with bidet), shower, large mirrors in both the bathroom and the room itself. Breakfast was a great surprise as you have a wide range of food to choose from, cereals, scrambled and boiled eggs, slices of bread and rolls, bacon, 3 types of cold meats, cheese, natural yogurt, salad, two types of melons, pears, peaches, prunes, pineapple (fresh and tinned), 6 types of cakes and a variety of biscuits, selection of teas, coffees and juice. There is a free shuttle service leaving from the hotel, throughout the day, dropping off at San Siro Stadio. From here you can catch the Metro M5 to Garibaldi, which is the station to get links to any branch of the network. From here get the M3 to Centrale for great places to eat and shop without paying Duomo tourist trap prices. When visiting the cathedral make sure to have your money secure with only a few euros in easy access, if you do want to purchase from street sellers. Haggling the prices down is very easy, I got one guy down from 20 euros to 8 for a portable charger. Prices are high around the Duomo so budget accordingly. Visit the restaurant about 5 minute walk away from the hotel called Ristorante Cristian Magri, the restaurant is located next to a beautiful lake and it is an authentic and welcoming restaurant. We had the menu de mare, which was four courses including starter and dessert.

Great hotel. Almost one hour away from Duomo/ center of Milan. Nearest bus stop are 2 minutes away.

Stayed here about 4/5 times always been happy with this hotel, although not the easiest to find and off the beaten track. Good restaurant and breakfast. Will use again next time passing through Milan.

Another great value for money hotel. Breakfast was good enough to get us going for the day and the room was really comfortable. Check in and out could be a little faster.
