Comfortable and elegant, this lovely hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of very good restaurants, rental car office, and right across the street from the Royal Palace. With wi-fi, air conditioning, and an elevator, the hotel provided everything we wanted, but its true gems are the hard-working and dedicated staff who overwhelmed us with their kindness. The manager Viviana made sure we were comfortable during the extreme heat, and with her team at the front desk, especially Mariana and Emilio, all our questions and needs were taken care of. Such a great hotel. Yes, I know the furniture is a bit worn in the rooms. But if you just ignore that, you have a really great hotel. Fabulous service both with your luggage or at the bar.and there's a bar that is open until 10 pm with really nice staff. The lobby and the hallways are all air conditioned. There are 2 elevators. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 5th floor is the highest floor of rooms. There is room service. Reception is 24 hours. Seriously, what more could you ask for. I could see the Royal Palace from my window.

A great hotel with spacious and well-equipped room and a comfortable bed. Location is perfect for visiting royal palace and park and close to railway station too. Service are very good and breakfast has good varieties. However, free parking spaces in front of the hotel are limited, so be ware if staying in the hotel with a car.

Hotel very close to bus & train stations , shops & restaurants and Royal Palace.
Staff were very helpful & nothing was too much trouble.
Room was a good size and clean.

The rooms are really nice decorated and warm with a touch of technology. Tried also the food with italian specific in the restaurant and I would say it's pretty nice, was tasty. The location is great but there is a problem with the parking, the front parking is full always, you can have a paid parking with some discount for the hotel.

Very modern and chic hotel. Located near to Baroque Palace and with additional parking available across the street in a safe lot for €10. Wi-Fi was responsive, room and facilities were nicely maintained and designed.

Full spread at breakfast, inclusive of hit and cold options, as well as the typical Italian fare. Pets and children welcomed.

I've been there during one of the business trips. A very nice hotel just next to the royal palace (and beautiful gardens).
