The place is amazing! We were with a big grope of 12 person.

Rooms are big and spacious, clean and stylish.
The service is perfect.
Also we were surprised of the breakfast. There were different dishes from eggs, meat and cheese, not only croissant as usually in Italia))

After staying several times over the last years I really can recommend this hotel. The rooms are both practical and stylish. The staff is nice and speak even a good German (receptionist). Breakfast (Muesli still not quite) and dinner are also fine. Hence 5 stars.

It was one of the best Pizzas I've ever had. The place is very cozy, beautiful and familiar. I ordered a pizza with prosciutto, walnuts, pomodoro sauce, burrata and truffle oil. Jo and Luca's service was a 10. For their friendliness, quick service, they were patient in suggesting the dishes and chianti wine I chose to accompany the pizza. At the end of all I tasted a chocolate liqueur made by the chef of the house who is also very attentive. Will definitely come back more times when visiting San Donà

Room is super cozy and warm, bed is comfortable and all together gives you a feeling of home.
Breakfasts are perfect, they have some goodies for gluten free people:)

For a dinner the restaurant has a great variety of foods according to every taste and as a gluten intolerant every evening i had such a good meals that i would love to come back there just for tuna steak!

And last but not least! I could write a book about hospitality of people who works.

P.s. if i would like to visit Venice in a future, i would prefer to stay here and take a 30 min train ride there.

Great place, excellent hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, affordable prices, high level of everything! They have their own parking literally 20 meters from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel and the restaurant with delicious food. Last year I sleeped here, and the owner was so nice, that special for me she bought 2 antiallergic pillows.🌈🤗
So this year we stopped specially to eat some goodies. And i made it. Very delicious. The staff very friendly and quick. I highly recommend them!

In my life I have been to many hotels that claim to be design. Even on this trip to Bologna we slept in "design" hotel. Problem with hotels that have "design" in their name is that design written in name of hotel is all design there is there and when you get there room is design wanna be, trust me I sell design and premium for a living . We were driving home from Bilognia and my wife choose this hotel while we were in a traffic jam and I was surprised that she choose hotel with only 3 stars, but when we arrived it was the most design hotel I have ever been in Italy. Rooms are nice, clean, owner is friendly we had a nice dinner there. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay. Nice room. Kind staff. There was no taxi and the receptionist find for me a man who brought me to the train station.

Very nice room and bathroom, beds are comfortable, bathroom water pressure is superb, everything is brand newly renovated, staff is very helpful and cooperative
