Il Vicolino del Paninaio

Me and my partner stayed next door and these guys were very welcoming and gave us recommendations on places to visit every time we seen them.
We ended up having dinner here a couple of times.
Very friendly. Food was to die for ! Especially the homemade tiramisu ! Great selection of wines and half the price of any other restaurant we visited in Como.

Pop in for dinner if you have the opportunity ! You will not be disappointed.

All staff very friendly! The waitress, in addition to Italian and English, also speaks Spanish, which made communication easier and is a plus since there are many Spanish-speaking tourists. The food and wine were spectacular, the prices are in line with the city. There was music very appropriate to the place which gave a warm touch to the atmosphere. Whoever was at the register was super nice and he alsi spoke spanish.
If you are in Como, it is a place to go without a doubt!!

It was very nice, we got only coffee and an interesting Sicilian dessert and it was very delicious! Very nice atmosphere with service, definitely recommend

Super food! We had an Aperitif and the plate of Mixed Meats - it was sooo delicious! All was fresh prepared and lovely decorated - all was made with LOVE!

We felt soo good in this atmosphere and all was so delicious, that we‘ve decided to stay here for our „dinner“ :-) 😇

Quite a little gem of a restaurant. They do have a diverse menu for most people's taste buds. We elected for the pizzas which were terrific. Where we were seated we could observe other dishes made. The salads looked delicious. Maybe next time. I have to say watching the staff work, I admired their work ethic. They really stayed on top of things. I guess that can be attributed to the owner Vito. Our waitress was Elizabeth (English translation, no relation to the Queen, lol. Bonappetito

The food was delicious and they spoke enough english for us to order easily. We got take-away and they were very welcoming. I highly recommend them.

The dishes ordered were delicious and tasty. The waiters were very friendly, very helpful and the atmosphere was very pleasant (special mention for the music). I recommend this restaurant if you go through Come!

Me and my family decided to eat here twice on our holiday. Both my mother and I agreed that they served the best Pizza we had ever eaten- La Vegetariana.
My sister said that her Pasta dish was also the best that she had ever had in terms of Pasta dishes (a seafood pasta, I can't remember the name). We were truly taken aback by just how incredibly good the food was.
The wine was superb, and so smooth. I'm not a wine person, but I could tell that it was high quality and unlike any wine I've tasted before. Really lovely.
The staff were also absolutely 10/10 and we were so happy with them. They initially helped us seat & dine a party of 10 at the last minute, and were so attentive and excellent with us the whole time. We had several vegetarians & special dietary requirements that restaurants normally struggle with, but the staff were unphased and adapted with an unflinching professionalism & obvious skill that shows great confidence in themselves & their kitchen.
If you are visiting Como, this is a place that you must eat. I cannot recommend it highly enough: truly marvellous.

Arrived by chance at this wonderful sandwich shop. The music was amazing but the food was the star of the show! The workers were so polite and funny, they made the experience even better! I had Cacio e Pepe and my wife had original pizza. Both were so good that we ordered Carbonara and mushroom risotto to go. We loved sitting at the small
Table when you walk in bc we got to watch all the amazing sandwiches being made. This is a MUST GO TO while in Como. Todays our last day. We wish we found it sooner. You feel the love in every aspect!

Great food, cute and cozy place! Both porchettaro (their special meal) and beef stew with polenta were very tasty and also staff was very friendly. Only downside is that the music could be a little quieter. Definitely recommended!

Cute little restaurant. The service is very friendly. The pizza was delicious but be aware that it's not a typical pizza with thin crust. The ingredients were fresh and good quality. As Como is a bit pricier than other cities/villages around the Lake Como the prices here are very fair. I would really recommend eating here except you are looking for a traditional Italian restaurant.

Delicious and extremely fresh sandwiches and really nice people working here. I had the very first sandwich on the menu thats their most popular. Highly recommend!

Chose this place by chance - sometimes the best things happen when least expected. The cheese plate was tremendously delicious, there was also a wide selection of tea (just kidding, only black). My three words to describe the moment: Cheese, Rain, Friendship.

Spent a lovely evening here! The service was fantastic (they even brought me a second glass of wine on the house) and the inside was charming and cozy. I had the meat and cheese board and it made for a delicious, simple dinner.

We love this place! It’s super casual and cozy and we’ve eaten here 3 times this week. The pizza is AMAZING and the staff is SO sweet! You won’t be sorry! Highly recommend!
