Autohaus Moser - dort wo der Kunde noch König ist!
Hatten ein Problem mit dem Kühlmittel. Nach Schilderung des Problems kam sofort ein Mitarbeiter und kümmerte sich um unser Anliegen. Noch dazu wurde uns sofort ein Kaffee zwecks Überbrückung der Wartezeit angeboten. Nach knapp 10 min war das Problem behoben - Kosten null.
Das nenne ich Kundendienst. Danke.

Ich habe im Autohaus Moser eine äußerst gute Beratung bekommen. Meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Der junge Verkäufer hat sehr schnell ein Auto exakt nach meinen Vorstellungen gefunden. Die Fahrzeugübergabe und die technische Anleitung waren verständlich, gründlich, geduldig und freundlich. Die bürokratische "Zettelabwicklung" wurde schnell und professionell erledigt. Nach all dem Lob, ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: nach meiner ersten telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme hat der Rückruf nicht geklappt. Zum Glück bin ich dran geblieben. Meine Bewertung: 5 Sterne.

Ho avuto il piacere di acquistare un'auto presso Autohous Moser nel 2022.
