brilliant! this is the real Italy I knew. despite being a restaurant located on the outskirts of the city, there is a lot of waiting here even during lunch time on weekdays and the hall is full from early on. but don't worry, it's a good sign. in this case, it means this is a place you can trust. It's assumed that there are many regular customers as well. I saw it the table's turnover rate(rotation) is fast because they workers divide labor and work hard and professionally. when you enter the cute entrance from the waiting line, there are three large spaces for dining. thanks to the exterior walls filled with large windows, the atmosphere is open and not closed. I love trattoria in Italy where I can get a glimpse of their lives. lunch menu with options for workers. the 'Today's Menu' consists of the first and second plates, bread, water, and espresso as the final dessert. because I prefer a low salt meal, it was a sort of salty for me, but since I understand the culture of eating it with bread, there is no problem. delish! additionally, they are overall friendly. even though they are busy, she ask me how I am while I'm eating, serve dishes according to the order of traditional Italian meals, and make eye contact with the customers. I could see that their feedback with customer is great. I enjoyed healthy and delicious food at a very cost effective price. here's a little tip for management: for the gross profit, if you write down the menu on the front door, you'll be able to attract customers more because people can decide on the menu in advance when there are a lot of people waiting.. (but I think it'll be harder for the workers because they have to do more work. even now I can see that they are busy..) the beauty who served me was not rude to me but nice. was whitch enhanced the taste of the food. and also thanks to the chefs. it's a little bit sad that I found out about this place too late. Pranzato al sabato con amici alessandrini in questa trattoria storica dall'ambiente spartano ma familiare, dove regna il cibo semplice e buono. Servizio impeccabile da parte dell'oste e del cameriere, simpatico ed alla mano. Risotto al barbera con la salsiccia e arrosto di maiale con contorno, tutto buonissimo. Caffè e limoncello. Porzioni generosissime. Abbiamo speso talmente poco che non ci sembrava vero. Spero di tornarci presto!

Un punto di riferimento per andare a mangiare ! Piatti vari e genuini a pranzo e varie serate a tema con cibi particolari. Personale accogliente e professionale, proprietario super attento e disponibile.

Che dire….era dal 1994 che non entravo in quel locale quando ero al militare e ci fu l’alluvione. Andai a spalare per aiutare la popolazione.
Ho provato gioia a vedere che l’attività continuava. Ma non solo bene…benissimo. Ambiente famigliare , cibo buono e semplice . Personale simpatico e pronto .

Ambiente sobrio e rilassante, ideale per noi anche in occasione di un pranzo lavoro.
Sosta essenziale (pausa pranzo) ma abbiamo mangiato bene e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

È il locale perfetto per la pausa pranzo dei lavoratori. Servizio veloce, prezzi popolari qualità e quantità più che buone, simpatia e cortesia sempre. Al giovedì la trippa è un appuntamento immancabile.

Ottimo per tappa pranzo mentre sei di strada e vuoi mangiare qualcosa di buono senza spendere, menù vario ma limitato. Locale un pochino stretto, è stato utilizzato il massimo della metratura per tavoli. Da tornarci volentieri

Ottima cucina, in semplicità.
Questo locale è la soluzione ideale sia per la pausa pranzo che per cenare. Inoltre è posizionato su una strada di passaggio facile da raggiungere ma non troppo trafficata e il parcheggio si trova senza alcun problema.
Alcune serate in settimana prevedono, insieme ai piatti del giorno, piatti particolari. Ad esempio il lunedì è possibile mangiare la bagna cauda, il giovedì la paella ed il venerdì rane e lumache. Se si viene in città è un locale da provare.

Ci siamo andati di venerdì per cena e ci siamo trovati bene , il personale gentile , abbiamo mangiato le lumache alla piemontese, le rane fritte e la frittura di pesce , tutto di gradimento. Ci ritorneremo.
