We absolutely love this little gem! The Spa with heated pool and large comfortable rooms perfect for a family of four. Unfortunately this time around the restaurant on the ground floor was a big disappointment, the food does not live up to the rest of the standard of this hotel. Lucky for us our waiter for the evening was very service minded and cheerful. We have in the passed ordered room service which has always been great.

We had an incredible stay ! We were there mid-season (april) with our kids. The interior swimming pool was a fantastic asset to have. Thanks to the weather we even had the chance to enjoy the sun by the external pool or in the garden loungers. The hotel is very relaxing, you can hear the birds singing in the surroundings trees. The room was just spacious and beautiful, from the terrace we had views on the sea, the forest and the mountains. Overall staff is friendly and welcoming, especially breakfast team and the guys at the outdoor pool. The Spa crew was less pleasant, they did not offer flip flop when we entered the facility just to complain a bit later that the slippers from the room were not adapted for the spa. How could we knew you had flip flop available in the first place ? You just have to welcome the clients entering the spa correctly next time please. Overall the experience was great, relaxing and enjoyable.

Spacious and bright rooms. The spa is excellent for children with its heated pool. There is a very handy play area with good toys. There are bikes for rental and umbrellas to borrow. Staff are friendly and polite. Occasionally the front desk staff prioritized phone calls over physical people which was annoying.

This was a lovely hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very nice with a large balcony. Everything very clean. Indoor pool is lovely and also there is a sauna but we did not use that. The hotel is near a bus stop so you can travel anywhere quite easily.
Buffet breakfast was great, loads of choices and very fresh.We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel checked in late didn't use many of the facilities. But we lovely suite.

This was our second stay and it was even better than 2 years ago. This level of service is rare to find even in more expensive hotels. The staff particularly at the reception but also at breakfast, the restaurants, pool and even cleaning are all very friendly, helpful and super quick in fulfilling any wishes.
The breakfast buffet is great. The sunset view on the rooftop or just the beach in front is a dream.
Our kids loved the little play area next to the breakfast restaurant and the toys available at the pool. The garden with sufficient shade is also a plus.

The hotel & grounds are immaculate,clean & maintained.
All of the staff are fantastic from reception,pool,restaurants,bars,cleaning & maintenance.
Special mention to the reception team,roof top bar & pool bar who all went out of their way to make our stay a brilliant experience.We would recommend staying here to all our family & friends & really looking forward to coming to stay again as soon as possible.Honestly the best holiday I’ve had in many years.

We spent a week of our dream holidays in the hotel. We were impressed by the comfort, silence and food served on a highest quality level. The service was very nice. It is very convenient that the hotel isn't so close to the street and getting to the beach is like a short walk under the palm trees. We've been to Tuscan Coast 15 times and we can make the comparison with other hotels we stayed in. We definitely confirm that the hotel may be highly recommended. We would like to go there once again next year.

The hotel is very stylish, which we have liked very much. We had a "Junior Suite standard" and we enjoyed our stay very much. Garden and Pool area very nice and also the breakfast area is very nice. The food selection for the breakfast was fantastic (fresh fruits, juices and "egg-service-station", salmon, cheese, sausage ...) - we liked everything very much! The hotel has a very cool roof-top-bar => we enjoyed to have a drink there in the evenings

We (~50 guests) just wrapped up a week of fun celebrating a friend's birthday in Pietrasanta! I found this gem online and it didn't disappoint. The facilities and staff were excellent. They worked so hard and LONG hours to provide 5-star service to our group, including the kind bar man Daniel and every one of the front desk staff, including the other Daniel. If back in the area, we will certainly stay again. Loved the rooms, spa, breakfast, roof top bar, and proximity to other fun activities in the area. This is just a beautiful area in Tuscany and I encourage you to make it a stop on your next visit!
We were in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. It was perfect for sharing as three adults and very affordable when booked in advance. The room size even allowed us to invite over several other friends for after dinner drinks. I also heard positive comments from others in the group regarding room size and amenities, etc. Thank you all again!

This is an amazing hotel, and it has to be one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. It’s in a great location, just across the road from the sea. It has great facilities and a large pool. You can rent bikes for free from the hotel and easily cycle to Viareggio. It’s exceptionally clean and modern. The staff are all fantastic, and they’re so friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to the manager for making our stay extra special by upgrading us as a surprise after realising it was my wife’s birthday. We would definitely return!

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Room was really exquisite. Bit outside Forte di Marmi but just 5 minute taxi ride. The rooftop bar has a magnificent sunset view for a memorable experience! Wonderful outdoor and indoor pool for a great dip!

Fantastic hotel, can't say enough, surpassed my expectations. On arrival hotel is lovelly and clean, wonderful garden area that surrounds the hotel with attached large pool area and tennis courts. Very large reception. Staff are really friendly and although sometimes a language barrier exists, they always try 100% to help you. Rooms were large, we had the jnr suite, very comfortable beds with 2 walk in wardrobes to store your cases and clothes. My daughter stayed in the living space on massive sofa bed which was very comfortable, we had our own separate room. Pool area was great, can't complain. Mixture of adults and children, but never too busy that you couldn't swim. I wish they would have played a little light music round the pool to give it a little bit of atmosphere . Pool side bar and restaurant was a good standard, we ate there 3 times, staff always willing to look after you. However I wish the waiters would have walked round to the pool more and asked to take drinks orders. Although you could order from an app, it wasn't the same. Prefer the waiters to walk round every now and agian. The hotel offers free bikes (there are about 100) which we used all the time, a brilliant addition! We biked as far as Viareggio (25 minutes each way) and in the opposite direction Forte Dei Marmi (a good solid 30 minutes each way). Very plesant ride, completely flat so no problem. You will pass hundreds of beach bars and shops in either direction, feel free to stop off for a drink. On the theme of Beach bars/restaurants there are hundreds and hundreds! We visited a couple, but the best for me is literally opposite the hotel, Patrizia. Lovelly beach restaurant, in fact some of the best food we had in Italy, very clean, lovelly place to relax. Highly recomemd booking restaurant for lunch.
We only ate once in the hotel on a Tuesday when they have a bbq night, which I thought was very good! Great idea, with a live singer to entertain. We also visited Pietrasanta which is a beautiful itallian small town, with outstanding restaurants, shops and bars, an absolute must visit. We used taxis to get there but then realised outside of the hotel there is a bus for 2 euros that takes you to Pietrasanta, and also Forte Dei Marmi, no more than 8 minutes travel time. Definitely use the bus!
I would certainly return to this hotel and can not wait to come back.

Versilia Lido exceeded all our expectations. The reception was warm and friendly. The property was beautiful. The room was so comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, swimming pool and relaxation area next to it are beyond praise. But I didn’t like the sea and the beach. But that's my personal taste.

We had such a lovely stay at your hotel! It was our honeymoon and it was perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and pool. The staff were fantastic!!

Lovely resort and good service, super friendly to kids. The rooms is spacious, clean and modern, no difference to 5-stars hotel.

Love their mini club and the terrace restaurant. The only problem is that you still have to walk cross the road and pay extra for the access to the beach.

One of the best hotels at Versilia coast. Good location, variety of room sizes, all with balcony, large pool, and extraordinary service, all staff is courteous polite, customer first philosophy, incredible but reality, highly recommended location!

What an amazing place!!! Ticked all the boxes. Stunning views, clean modern rooms with all the comforts expected from a high end hotel. Wonderful warm friendly service where ever we were served. I especially liked the bar manager Daniel, he gave impeccable service.......he also makes the best Negroni!!!!
