Schöne Appartements, toller Service. Das schreiben die anderen größtenteils ja auch. Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Haus zeigt aber die Qualitäten des Services, wenn es wirklich drauf ankommt.
Wir sind am 1. Januar abends angekommen, Chalet und Hotel komplett voll, absolute Höchstsaison.
Durch ein Missverständnis war für uns aber erst ab 2. Januar reserviert. Die Besitzerin hat super reagiert, Himmel und Hölle in Bewegung gesetzt und es uns so ermöglicht, dass wir bleiben können.
Alleine für diese Flexibilität und souveräne Reaktion seitens des Hauses würde ich gerne 6 Sterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre.

Geschmackvoll und charmant eingerichtetes Chalet, wunderschöner Blick übers Tal, reibungsloser Transfer zum Skistall direkt am Lift und gnadenlos gutes Abendmenue im Hotel Olympia, familiär geführt-zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen, wir kommen gerne wieder⛷⛷🥂
