Apartments Marisa - Arabba

We have stayed in these apartments with a group of friends. Nice, cozy and very good value for the price.

We rented this apartment in February 2023. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. It was good value for money.The apartment is warm and comfortable and plenty of room for four people. There is plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. It takes a little while to come through, but when it does, there is plenty of it! You need to bring everything with you for the kitchen when you stay, in terms of washing up liquid, salt and pepper, sugar etc, but this is normal in Italy I believe. The only downside is you do need a car as you are too far to walk in to ski and there is no shuttle bus. However, the parking onsite is free. Overall, very satisfied and excellent value for money.

Very cheap but underequipped, takes forever to get hot water running, the gas stove is also strange.

The apartment was okay. Old, vintage italian style, spacious, clean, except some dishes in the kitchen. Is very close to Arabba so the location is good. The one thing that is not acceptable is that the Wifi that has very low if there is at all connection. We were 3 persons, never achieved to connect. Keep in mind to take bed linen and towels, it cost 12€ per person per week to rent it.

Wir (2 Personen) mieteten für eine Woche im März die Wohnung Sophie im Hause Marisa Appartements für 700 €.

Eine Katastrophe waren die völlig durchgelegenen Matratzen; wir schätzen, dass diese über 30 Jahre alt waren. Wir wechselten diese aus, da wir ja 2 Schlafzimmer hatten. Diese Matratzen (ca. 80 cm breit) waren nicht so durchgelegen.

Es gab auch große Probleme mit dem WLAN. Die Vermieter waren in dieser Hinsicht nicht sehr hilfreich.

Leider war die Wohnung wesentlich dunkler als auf den Fotos. Die Beleuchtung (Energiesparlampen und Nachtischlampen) wiesen Mängel auf. In der Küche fehlten Spülmittel, Spüllappen und -bürste. Es dauerte eine Ewigkeit, bis warmes Wasser aus den Hähnen kam.

Die Heizung funktionierte sehr gut und ein Parkplatz war kein Problem.

Die Restzahlung leisteten wir in bar vor Ort, ohne eine formgemäße und korrekte Quittung. (Statt einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnung/Quittung erhielten wir einen kleinen Zettel ohne Briefkopf oder Stempel; auf dem die Restbeträge notiert waren. Die Bestätigung unserer Zahlung mussten wir einfordern. Diese erfolgte nur mit dem Wort „bezahlt“ - ohne Unterschrift und Datum.)

Interessant ist, dass nach unserer Abreise auf einmal 2 Bewertungen mit 4/5 Punkten im Netz auftauchen, ohne jeglichen Kommentar.
