Victoria Palace Hotel

What a hotel! Fantastic service from the desk who tried very hard to help us with a problem. The room was spectacular with views all down the coast. It was big, clean and with a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast was just perfect. So much choice and a chef cooking eggs anyway you choose. We would very much like to stay here again.

Great and modern hotel smack in the middle where all the action is in this beautiful little town. Most of the rooms have amazing ocean views. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served also has great views.

The rooms are decent size and well designed and well appointed. The bathroom is also good size and well designed with plenty of space next to the sink to put all the toiletries.

The reception staff were very helpful and very nice.

The best thing about this hotel? It has underground parking! Finding parking around this location is very challenging and almost impossible on busy days. Available parking at this hotel was a great benefit.

If you have read my previous reviews you know that I am very picky and particular about hotel rooms. I find most of them lack attention to detail. Some of the best 5 star ones are not up to my standards. Happy to say at this hotel, overall, it was a great experience.

The only exception might be the shower (I am being picky now). The way the shower door is designed and opens, the water from the hand shower gets outside the shower and makes a mess if one is not careful. This is because the shower glass door does not fully close which allows the water to seep out and makes a mess on the floor requiring several towels to wipe the floor. One has to be careful and watch out for this.

My wife thinks I should just watch out for this and be careful when taking a shower. But this my pet peeve. When I am on a holiday, I don’t want to watch out and adjust or adopt to such situations. I expect things to work properly. It should have been a simple fix to solve this problem. This lack of attention to detail really gets to me.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and very clean.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed from the minute we arrived.
The little touches of pastries with our drinks were thoughtful and delicious. Varvara and Rosario were so attentive. Rosarios ice cream is amazing, best in Cefalu and definitely worth trying.
Victoria Palace has a perfect location and during the day is very peaceful.

We spent 3 wonderful nights at this beautiful hotel! The room was modern and spacious, the breakfast was amazing with so many beautiful pastries, the private beach access was so convenient and the hotel staff were incredible. We would personally like to thank Fabrizio at reception, for being so accomodating and making our trip even more special. Thank you Fabrizio, and we’ll see you next time!

Very good hotel, clean, well located and with very good service. Close to private beach with professional service in room price, swiming pool at the hotel, garden.Tasty breakfast, fresh coffee, good reception and bar located ground level. Very friendly people creating great atmosphere: all breakfast team and bar team (Alessandro) made our stay very pleasent.

Great place to stay! Nice calm hotel very close to the old center (nice walk next to the beach). Breakfast is really great with a stunning view over the sea. Rooms are big and clean.

A Must Stay... if you find yourself in Cefalù then there is truly only one place your going to want to stay... & You Must Include Breakfast On The Rooftop please... i beg you...

i just stay there & i can't stress the fact enough that you must include breakfast on the rooftop enough... the whole place is just absolutely perfect but please tell me where on earth are you going to find Pino & Toto...? one is a Chef & the other is Amazing... Pino, the maître d' will have you feeling like your in some silver service restaurant like you never have before... i don't think i have ever reviewed a place that has this...

please, i must not take away from the rest of the staff... beautiful, helpful & advice given from staff with all the little hidden secrets Cefalù has to offer... just beautiful, just perfect... the ladies did an amazing job keeping our room like we just walked in every time...

critique my review but not until you have met Pino & Toto... beautiful beautiful people which obviously love what they do...

in my opinion the place should be called 'Pino & Toto's Palace' as, after all they are at the the top, rooftop but more so the top of the game when it comes to service... i have been in the hospitality industry for many years & if only i could steal these two treasurers for myself...

thank God for places like Cefalù & i am lucky they don't do lunch & dinner up there with the same staff ( ... yeah i know i am asking to much ) but these two gentlemen just take it to another undeniably new level...

i feel it's about time the workers get credit for all they do...
it is them that make it happen for us & boy did Pino & Toto do that for us... i will come back because of them...

We stayed at this hotel in July 2022, and had the best holiday ever! Victoria Palace in Cefalù has the best location; close to beach and perfect walking distance to the old town of Cefalù. The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, and super friendly staff at the beach bar.

The room was great – nice and clean, balcony with sea view, nice bathroom. Breakfast is to be enjoyed at the roof top with an amazing view.

We booked our trip through TUI (travel agency), and due to a pilot strike our flight was cancelled. Even though we visited Victoria Palace during the most busy season, they managed to find a room for us for one more night. The hotel staff is amazing!

We are most definitely going back – hopefully next year.

What a treat to find a friendly small hotel with wonderful people. We arrive late, midnight, but the hotel staff made us feel welcome. They brought us a bottle of white local wine for us to enjoy on the patio overlooking the sea. The roof top breakfast room was breathtaking, a lovely place for morning tea. The pool is quiet and well located. The hotel staff recommended dinner at a nearby restaurant, and so we had dinner at sunset overlooking the sea. Reception arranged transportation to Palermo airport. We would like to go back. Marko, Amy, Grace, and the other hotel staff were all very helpful.

Very modern has own pool and private beach area. Easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. Front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been! People who work there are really friendly 😍 best breakfast with the best cook and the best barista!😊 Rooms are big and clean. Beach right in front of the hotel 5 minutes from downtown! I want to come back 🙃

In june 2019, we had our marriage in Cefalu and stayed in this wonderful hotel.
We booked our stay with Jetair but first contacted this hotel by email.

We were very satisfied with the great service!
When we arrived they had upgraded our room so we stayed in the wedding suite, which consists of a fantastic sleeping area, a luxuous bathroom and a big living room🤩

The hotel staff is very kind, deliver every service with a smile. Delicious breakfast and a private, quiet space at the beach with a bar and possibility to eat.

We will definitely come back soon☺

Eat up on the roof top terrace, which was lovely. Had the sea food tasting menu that was really good.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but had drinks and pastries in the bar. Staff was very friendly and the location was kid-friendly. Great, clean bathrooms and a coffee to die for!
