Has everything you could need if you are expecting to be at a beautiful and relaxing area, a little ways from the busy streets. You aren't far from the village center or the lake. Views are great of the mountains. Breakfast buffet was also great with selection. Receptionist friendly and informative. Housekeeping efficient and just great at their job. All round good place to go and will be back again.

Amazing hotel, smooth check in. Very good breakfast with fresh juices, hot meals, sweets and poridges. Nice view from apartment. In the evening there is a bar where you can order drinks. 20 min away is the lake with some good restaurants there. A lot of parking spots right inf front of the hotel

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I came here during a 1 month long bike packing trip and was passing through at the start of my tour. As a cycling hotel, this place is above and beyond. From the service, the rooms, the cleanliness, bike storage & tools, amazing sauna, and the restaurant that served INCREDIBLE breakfast & dinner each night. I recommend the half board option that would will not regret. I wish I had more time, but happy to experience it for the short time I was there. I’ll be back! Ciao!!

I recently visited Cristallo for the second time, and I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the experience has been. It's a place where you can truly relax and re-energize in pure comfort.

Besides the exceptionally friendly staffs , here are some more highlights of my experience:

1. Bright, modern lounge area to socialize , relax or study 📖
2. Quality yet affordable dinner menu. The culinary offerings are delicious, and there's a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the healthy breakfast choices, including fresh juices, are a delightful way to start your day.
3. Easily accessible by car to explore numerous cultural attractions in the region. One such attraction is "Arte Sella," an open-air museum that's a must-visit for art enthusiasts.
4. A rooftop terrace with stunning mountain views 🏔
5. Clean modern spa, Gym and an open-air pool complimented with a jacuzzi 🧖‍♀

I had a small room in the attic but still the view was stunning!

We had an amazing experience in this hotel, from the room which had everything you need to the amazing view to the nearby mountains . We ordered to get the four course dinner for 33 euros pr. Person and it went beyond our expectations to a hotel dinner. Because we hadn't expected to be a gourmet dinner and can only highly recommend to get the dinner at the hotel.

Our dinner experience got even better by the expectional service by our servent Elena who went to the next level by helping us choose the right wine to each course of the dinner that 100% made the experience way better. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also amazing and had all what your heart desire!

We are totally coming back for an other stay, thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Modern, just renovated and very warm nice hotel. Located 2 min from the center, with a beautiful mountain view. Personnel is very nice and professional, many services available. Worth 4* at least

Careful, spa closes at 19:00, I was too late to enjoy it

we stayed as a group of 9 cyclists and were blown away.. great value and close to some classic rides. the garage was secure and you could leave your bikes overnight
plus give them a light service

We had room 405 that head great corner views to the dolomites. It had a good top area with stunning views.

Stayed here 4 nights in June with colleagues on a motorcycle trip through the Dolomites, great hotel! Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and bar. The hosts were kind and the underground parking for (motor)cycles was ideal! Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Trento region.

We were here during the low season (early May), and except the weather everything was just awesome :-)

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice wellness area (very welcome after getting soaked while biking), good choices for breakfast (well ... except the coffee).

I also need to mention the flexibility: we had a late arrival (midnight) and late check-out (late afternoon), and the friendly receptionists made this possible without the slightest hesitation.

Very pleasant hotel for at least mountainbikers. Bike garage well equiped with tools, pumps, etc.. No disturbance druing the night but close to the city center. Highly recommedned.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! Siamo stati davvero felici di scegliere questa struttura per la nostra vacanza. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e accogliente, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con un sorriso. La camera era bellissima, moderna e pulita, esattamente quello che cercavamo per un soggiorno rilassante.

Anche la Spa merita una menzione speciale. È stata un'esperienza incredibile, ideale per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque stia cercando un po' di tranquillità e benessere.

Grazie per tutto, torneremo sicuramente con grande piacere!

Esperienza bellissima. Siamo stati ospiti del Cristallo per 4 notti, mezza pensione. Struttura di recente ristrutturazione veramente ben fatta. Colazione e cena di altissima qualità. I ragazzi di sala molto gentili e preparati, nulla lasciato al caso, e vale lo stesso per Le ragazze dell'accoglienza. La spa molto carina, forse un pò piccola per l'alta stagione, quando l'albergo è pieno. Ma per questi giorni per noi è stata perfetta. Ricordarsi di prenotare in anticipo se si vuole fare qualche massaggio, la ragazza molto brava. Insomma siamo stati bene, e ci ritorneremo sicuramente, anche perché Levico è bellissima!
